職責
受聘人須負責:
(a) 就公務場合和活動為高級人員提供後勤支援服務;負責所需的跟進工作;
(b) 協助接聽電話、處理及轉介公眾投訴和查詢;
(c) 為高級人員安排會議、外訪及接待訪客;
(d) 為高級人員提供一般行政和秘書處支援服務;以及
(e) 執行其他獲指派的職務。
The appointee will be deployed to-
(a) Provide logistic support to senior officers for official functions and events; undertake necessary follow-up tasks;
(b) Assist in answering telephone calls, handling and referring public complaints and enquiries;
(c) Arrange meetings and visits and receive guests for senior officers;
(d) Provide general administrative and secretariat support to senior officers; and
(e) Perform any other duties as assigned.
入職條件
申請人須:
(a) 持有本港大學所頒授的學位,或同等學歷;
(b) 在香港中學會考或香港中學文憑考試英國語文科(2007年以前課程乙)及中國語文科成績至少達第3等級,或具同等學歷(參閱註);以及
(c) 在取得有關大學學歷後,具備至少五年全職工作經驗,當中至少兩年在政府工作,而處理公眾投訴的實際經驗不少於一年。
Candidates should have:
(a) A Hong Kong bachelor’s degree, or equivalent;
(b) Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent(Note); and
(c) At least five years of full time post-degree working experience, two years of which should be service in the Government with not less than one year solid experience in handling public complaints.
入職條件(註)
過往香港中學會考英國語文科(課程乙)和中國語文科C級的成績,在行政上會被視為等同2007年或以後的香港中學會考英國語文科和中國語文科第3等級的成績。
