職責
獲取錄者(a)負責執行一般文書工作、收款、採購及倉務管理、檔案記錄、櫃檯接待、文件及包裹收發、接聽電話查詢及其他獲指派的工作;(b)須使用電腦處理日常職務,包括使用中、英文文書處理(Word)及試算表(Excel)軟件;及(c)會被派往本港任何一個地區(包括離島區)的康文署辦事處工作。
Successful candidates will be (a) deployed on general clerical duties, shroff, procurement and store management, records keeping, reception/counter duties, receipt and despatch service, answering telephone enquiries and other duties as assigned; (b) required to handle daily work with computers, including using Chinese and English word processing (Word) and spreadsheet (Excel) software; and (c) required to work in LCSD Offices in any district of Hong Kong (including outlying islands).
入職條件
申請人必須(a)完成中四學業,並於年終試取得中國語文科、英國語文科及數學科及格成績,或同等學歷;及(b)善於操作電腦軟件(例如:MS Word, Excel等),並熟悉中、英文文書處理,中、英文文書處理速度每分鐘分別達20字及30字。
Candidates should (a) have completed Secondary 4 with subjects passed including Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics in the final examination, or equivalent; and (b) be skillful in the operation of computer software (e.g. MS Word, Excel, etc.), and familiar with Chinese and English word processing. Chinese and English word processing speed should be 20 and 30 words per minute respectively.
