- (1)擬備招標規格和進行招標工作；
- (2)管理有關新一代調派系統的項目，處理所有相關事宜，並在項目推行期間與部門和承辦商制訂解決方案，保證系統的運作效率及質素，以符合用戶要求；

Contract Information Technology Services Manager (Next Generation Mobilizing System)
月薪港幣65,740元
職責
- (1)prepare tender specifications and conduct tendering activities;
- (2)perform project management and address all Next Generation Mobilizing System (NGMS) related issues and develop resolutions to deal within the Fire Services Department (FSD) as well as the outsource contractors during implementation to ensure productivity, quality and alignment with user requirements;
- (3)manage the integration of different sub-systems, contractor works, and track and review of contract deliverables;
- (4)monitor and perform quality control on implementation, development, system maintenance, and ongoing support of IT systems and service delivery;
- (5)liaise with parties concerned (including operational users, vendors, contractors, maintenance users) for implementation and on-going support for IT systems and service delivery;
- (6)perform vendor management and outsourcing contract management;
- (7)provide technical advice to FSD users, FSD management and maintenance agents;
- (8)provide consultancy advice on strategies on project related issues; and
- (9)supervise and provide technical as well as analytical guidance to working teams.
入職條件
申請人必須－
- (1)持有本港大學所頒發的電腦科學／工程／資訊科技或相關學科的學士學位或以上資格，或具備同等學歷；
- (2)具備取得上述資格後不少於八年與資訊科技應用程式開發和系統管理相關的工作經驗；
- (3)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具備同等成績（見註）；
- (4)熟識認可資訊系統保安專業人員資格(CISSP)涵蓋的保安領域，並具備良好的企業電腦應用知識，包括資訊和通訊科技硬件（伺服器、儲存器、虛擬器等）、通訊（專用線路、城域以太網絡、安全4G虛擬專用網絡等）、聯網（持續網絡威脅防禦措施、防火牆，路由器、交換器等）；
- (5)掌握最新科技的發展趨勢，以協助行政管理層制訂有效的策略和運作計劃，將業務與資訊科技妥善整合；
- (6)持有Oracle Certified Associate數據庫證書，或具備同等資格；
- (7)通過PRINCE2 Practitioner考試或Project Management Professional (PMP)考試，或具備同等資格；
- (6)具備良好分析能力，能領導和參與會議，並將業務要求轉化為技術規格；
- (7)具備領導技巧，能積極而靈活地領導團隊進行數據開採或分析；以及
- (8)具備一般辦公室電腦技能。
The candidate should –
- (1)obtain a degree or above in Computer Science / Engineering / Information Technology or related disciplines from local universities, or equivalent;
- (2)possess not less than 8 years of post-qualification working experience in IT application development and IT system management;
- (3)meet the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (See Note);
- (4)possess good knowledge of security domains in Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), enterprise level Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Hardware (Server, Storage, Virtual Machines (VMs) etc.), communication (Leased circuits, Metro Ethernets, Secured 4G Virtual Private Network (VPN) etc.), networking (Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) protection, Firewall, Router, Switch etc.);
- (5)possess good knowledge of new technology trends and ability to work with executive management to develop effective integrated business and IT strategic and operational plans;
- (6)obtain Oracle Certified Associate database certification or equivalent;
- (7)pass the PRINCE2 Practitioner Exam, Project Management Professional (PMP) Exam or equivalent;
- (6)possess strong analytical skills and ability to lead and participate in meetings, translate business requirements into technical specifications;
- (7)be dynamic and proactive with leadership skills to lead a team to perform data mining or data analysis; and
- (8)possess general office computer skills.
