(a) To assist in developing transport and industrial (T&I)-related marketing materials such as sector newsletters, leaflets and flyers; (b) To assist in reviewing and updating the database of T&I companies and contacts from overseas and the Mainland China that have the potential of investing in Hong Kong and those that have already established a presence in Hong Kong; (c) To assist in organising T&I sector events hosted by InvestHK’s headquarters and overseas offices; (d) To assist in liaison and coordination with T&I sector organisers concerning InvestHK’s involvement in such events; (e) To assist in organising and receiving incoming delegations from the T&I subsectors; (f) To assist in conducting research on T&I subsectors in Hong Kong; and (g) To provide general support to daily office duties.

(a) Be currently enrolled in full-time degree courses (or equivalent), preferably in the stream of business administration, marketing and global business; (b) Not be final-year students who will complete their programmes in the summer of 2017; (c) Have attained ‘Level 5’ or above in English Language and Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (see Note below); (d) Can speak fluent Cantonese, Putonghua and English; (e) Have good English and Chinese typing skill; and (f) Be proficient in the application of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
