教育資源主任(動物管理及福利)主要負責協助下列工作:(a)檢視現有公眾教育資料及網站指南的編排;(b)搜尋、評估及整理外國政府網頁有關動物管理/福利的資料;(c)協助發展具創新教學及指示功能的優質電子學習資源,以電子學習方法引導小學及初中學生學習關愛動物及做個盡責寵物主人;(d)研發易於理解、易於使用、互動的動物管理及福利網頁,以供市民閱覽;(e)管理網頁內容,並評估其效益;(f)為學校講座及公眾研討會擬備講稿;以及(g)執行任何與改善公眾教育所需的其他職務。

Education Resources Officer (Animal Management and Welfare)
職責
The Education Resources Officer (Animal Management and Welfare) is mainly deployed to assist in
- (a)reviewing the presentation of existing public education materials and site map arrangement;
- (b)sourcing, evaluating and compiling information on animal management/welfare from government websites of other countries;
- (c)developing high quality e-resources with innovative pedagogical and instructional advice to facilitate e-learning of animal care and responsible pet ownership for students at primary and junior secondary levels;
- (d)developing a highly-legible, user-friendly, interactive website on animal management and welfare for the members of the public;
- (e)maintaining the website content and evaluating its effectiveness;
- (f)preparing presentation materials for school talks and seminars for the members of the public; and
- (g)performing any other duties as required for enhancing public education.
入職條件
申請人必須:(a)持有生物、教育、政治學、傳理學、經濟學、社會學或相關學科的本港學士學位,或具同等學歷;(b)持有本港高等教育院校頒授的教育證書,或具同等學歷;(c)符合語文能力要求,即綜合招聘考試兩張語文試卷(包括中文運用及英文運用)取得二級成績,或同等成績;(d)在取得資格後,具備最少3年在中學任教或進行教育資料研發的經驗;(e)熟悉運用資訊科技學習及教學的方法;(f)精通電腦知識及在互聯網搜尋資料,以搜集及研發電子學習資源;以及(g)具備良好的溝通、人際關係及表達技巧。 註:(1)綜合招聘考試的中文運用及英文運用試卷的成績分為二級、一級或不及格,並以二級為最高等級。(2)香港中學文憑考試中國語文科第5級或以上成績;或香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科C級或以上的成績,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的二級成績。(3)香港中學文憑考試英國語文科第5級或以上成績;或香港高級程度會考英語運用科C級或以上成績;或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level)(GCE A Level) English Language科C級或以上成績,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。(4)在International English Language Testing System (IELTS)學術模式整體分級取得6.5或以上,並在同一次考試中各項個別分級取得不低於6的成績的人士,在IELTS考試成績的兩年有效期內,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。IELTS考試成績必須在職位申請期內其中任何一日有效。
The applicant should have
- (a)a Hong Kong bachelor’s degree in Biology, Education, Political Studies, Communication Studies, Economics, and Sociology or related disciplines, or equivalent;
- (b)a certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary education institution, or equivalent;
- (c)met the language proficiency requirements of “Level 2” results in the two language papers (Use of Chinese (UC) and Use of English (UE)) in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE), or equivalent;
- (d)at least 3 year’s relevant post-qualification experience in teaching or education resources development at secondary level;
- (e)a good knowledge of integrating Information Technology into learning and teaching;
- (f)proficiency in computer knowledge and Internet surfing for sourcing and developing e-resources; and
- (g)good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Notes:
- (1)The results of the UC and UE papers in the CRE are classified as “Level 2”, “Level 1” or “Fail”, with “Level 2” being the highest.
- (2)Level 5 or above in Chinese Language of the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE); or Grade C or above in Chinese Language and Culture or Chinese Language and Literature of the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination (HKALE), are accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the UC paper of the CRE.
- (3)Level 5 or above in English Language of the HKDSEE; or Grade C or above in Use of English of the HKALE; or Grade C or above in English Language of the General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) (GCE A Level), are accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the UE paper of the CRE.
- (4)An overall band of 6.5 or above with no subtest score below band 6 obtained in the same sitting in the Academic Module of the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) within the two-year validity period of the test result are accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the UE paper of the CRE. The IELTS test result must be valid during the application period.
