Contract Senior Knowledge Management Officer (Part-time)
時薪港幣271元
職責
- (1)To supervise the duties of a Contract Knowledge Management (KM) Officer;
- (2)To develop KM in Fire Services Department (FSD);
- (3)To foster the KM culture in FSD through various means;
- (4)To supervise and assist the KM Ambassadors to operate of KM Portal and manage the content of the Portal;
- (5)To monitor and conduct KM activities for the KM Ambassadors, including but not limited to After Action Review, Story Telling, Narrative Sharing, Expert Locator, etc.;
- (6)To supervise and perform the daily operation of the KM Helpdesk to KM Ambassadors;
- (7)To supervise and support the KM Ambassadors to collect customer feedback;
- (8)To supervise and prepare related reports on KM activities, including but not limited to After Action Review, Narrative Sharing, etc.; and
- (9)To supervise and undertake any other KM-related duties.
入職條件
申請人必須－
- (1)持有本港大學頒發的學士學位，或具備同等學歷；持有與知識管理相關的學士學位者更佳；
- (2)在取得上述資格後，有四年相關的行政、管理或訓練工作經驗；具備推行知識管理，包括內容管理和建立知識分享平台經驗者更佳；
- (3)在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第3級或以上成績，或具備同等學歷（見註）；以及
- (4)為香港特別行政區永久性居民。
The candidate should -
- (1)have obtained a bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent; candidates having a relevant degree in Knowledge Management will be an advantage;
- (2)have four years' relevant post-qualification working experience in the administration, management or training field; candidates with experience in knowledge management implementation, including content management and creation of knowledge sharing platform will be an advantage;
- (3)have attained Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (see Note); and
- (4)be a permanent resident of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
