職責
資訊科技主任（發展）將主要負責—
(a) 系統分析和設計、程式開發、系統推行、系統測試、系統文件編製、系統管理及保養、系統故障處理及調校，以及系統發展周期的其他工作；
(b) 更新、管理和保養網站及其他互聯網接達設施；
(c) 向用戶提供資訊科技支援和培訓；以及
(d) 按需要執行其他與資訊科技相關的職務。

Information Technology Officer (Development) will be mainly responsible for –
(a) performing system analysis and design, program development, system implementation, system testing, system documentation, system administration and maintenance, system troubleshooting and tuning, and other activities of the system development life cycle;
(b) updating, administering and maintaining web sites and other Internet facing facilities;
(c) providing IT support and training to users; and
(d) performing other IT-related duties as and when required.

入職條件
(a) 申請人〔見附註（1）〕須－
(i) 持有香港任何一所大學頒授的電腦科學、資訊科技或相關學科的學士學位，或具同等學歷；
(ii) 符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級〔見附註（2）〕或以上成績，或具同等成績；
(iii) 在取得有關學歷後具備至少四年與資訊科技有關的全職工作經驗，其中兩年必須擔任類似職位和負責相若職責；以及
(iv) 具備至少兩年使用Java及SQL於網站應用發展及／或維護工作的實際全職工作經驗。
(b) 申請人須以客為先，能在壓力下工作，並願意應要求在辦公時間之後逾時工作，以及間中候命工作。
(c) 申請人如持有以下證書或具同等資格，將獲優先考慮：
• Oracle Java 證書
• Oracle數據庫12c、MySQL及／或Microsoft SQL Server證書
(d) 申請人如具備使用以下技術／產品的經驗，將獲優先考慮：
• Microsoft Internet Information Service (IIS)、Oracle WebLogic 12c、Apache HTTP Server、Apache Tomcat、WildFly、Drupal。
• 使用Java（連同Spring、Hibernate及Struts等框架）、JSP、Python、PL╱SQL、NoSQL、RESTful API、MEAN／MERN stack、HTML 5、JavaScript、Ajax、jQuery、XML、ASP、ASP.NET、C#.NET、VBScript、Perl、PHP、LotusScript、JasperReports、Oracle Reports、Pro*C、Unix╱Linux shell script及Microsoft Access編製程式。
• 使用Eclipse、UML、BPM、SVN、Git、GitHub、JUnit、Maven、Gradle、Jenkins、Docker、CI╱CD。

(a) Candidates [See Note (1)] should have –
(i) a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT) or related discipline from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent;
(ii) met the language proficiency requirements of ‘Level 2’ [See Note (2)] or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
(iii) at least 4 years’ relevant post-qualification full-time IT working experience of which 2 years must be in a similar post and in a comparable capacity; and
(iv) at least 2 years’ full-time hands-on experience in web application development and/or maintenance using Java and SQL.
(b) Candidates should be customer-oriented and able to perform under pressure, willing to work after office hours and occasionally working on an on-call basis as required.
(c) Preference will be given to candidates who are holders of the following certificates or equivalent –
• Oracle Java Certifications
• Oracle Database 12c, MySQL and/or Microsoft SQL Server Certifications
(d) Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in using the following technologies/products –
• Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS), Oracle WebLogic 12c, Apache HTTP Server, Apache Tomcat, WildFly, Drupal.
• Programming in Java (with frameworks like Spring, Hibernate and Struts), JSP, Python, PL/SQL, NoSQL, RESTful API, MEAN/MERN stack, HTML 5, JavaScript, Ajax, jQuery, XML, ASP, ASP.NET, C#.NET, VBScript, Perl, PHP, LotusScript, JasperReports, Oracle Reports, Pro*C, Unix/Linux shell script and Microsoft Access.

入職條件(註)
(1) 申請人必須在截止申請日期或之前已經符合所須的入職條件。
(2) 政府在聘任非公務員時，2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科（課程乙） 「E級」成績，在行政上會分別視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科「第2級」成績。
(3) 申請人須參加遴選面試及筆試。如果符合訂明入職條件的申請人人數眾多，通訊事務管理局辦公室可以訂立篩選準則，甄選條件較佳的申請人，以便進一步處理。在此情況下，只有獲甄選的申請人會獲邀參加遴選面試及筆試。
