Domestic Staff I (Hospitality Officer)
總薪級表第17點(每月港幣28,255元)至總薪級表第19點(每月港幣31,120元)
職責
主要職責包括:
(a) 在香港禮賓府、粉嶺別墅及其他地方舉行的官式及社交宴會提供接待及禮賓服務;
(b) 安排及打點宴會場地佈置及侍餐工作,協助維持所有宴會的整體服務水平;
(c) 擔任家務管理及行政工作,包括編排及監督初級家務員的工作;以及
(d) 提供私人起居及家居服務。
(註一:一級家務員須(a)超時及不定時工作,包括在晚間、周六、周日及公眾假期工作;(b)在宿舍住宿;(c)穿著制服;以及(d)奉派香港禮賓府、粉嶺別墅和其他地方工作。
註二:為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣,所有公務員職位的招聘,均會包括《基本法》知識的評核。獲邀參加遴選面試的應徵者,其對基本法的認識會在面試中以口頭提問形式被評核。除非兩位應徵者的整體表現相若,招聘當局才會參考應徵者在基本法知識測試中的表現。)
Major duties include:
(a) to provide reception and hospitality services for both official and social functions in Government House, Fanling Lodge and any other places as required;
(b) to plan for and administer venue set up and serving meals for banquets, and to assist in maintaining the standard of service;
(c) to undertake management of domestic service and executive duties, including coordinate and supervise the work of junior domestic staff; and
(d) to provide personal and domestic services.
(Note 1: Domestic Staff I are required to (a) work overtime and irregular hours including evenings, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays; (b) live in quarters; (c) wear uniform; and (d) be deployed to work in Government House, Fanling Lodge and any other places as required.
Note 2: For the purpose of heightening public awareness of the Basic Law (BL) and promoting a culture of learning of BL in the community, assessment of BL knowledge will be included in the recruitment for all civil service jobs. Candidates who are invited to attend the recruitment interview will be tested orally on their BL knowledge during the recruitment interview. Results of BL assessment will be taken into account only if two candidates are considered equal in all other aspects.)
入職條件
申請人必須:
(a)具有最少十五年在大戶家庭擔任高級家務職位,或於大型機構/酒店擔任管理或工作的經驗,並能管理初級家務員;
(b)具備調飲和侍酒知識;具禮賓服務及宴會侍餐經驗為佳;以及
(c)能操流利粵語和英語,並能閱讀和書寫簡單中文及英文;能操普通話及懂基本電腦文書處理者將獲優先考慮。
Candidates should:
(a) have at least 15 years’ experience in a senior domestic position in a large household or experience in large establishment/hotel, and be able to supervise domestic staff of junior ranks;
(b) have knowledge in drink-mixing and wine-serving, experience in hospitality services and serving meals is preferred; and
(c) be able to speak fluent Cantonese and English; read and write simple Chinese and English; and ability to speak Putonghua and computer word processing is an advantage.
