(a)為幼稚園教師策劃、組織及開展專業發展活動;
(b)就中國語文學習為幼稚園提供到校支援服務,包括策劃與實施課程計劃、探索有效的學與教策略/活動;
(c)發展中國語文學與教資源和材料;
(d)協助及審視幼稚園運用學與教策略及教材的有效情況;
(e) 組織及舉辦地區性/分區研討會、經驗分享會和網絡活動,以推廣成功經驗;
(f)定期向上司匯報工作的進度;以及
(g)按上司的要求,執行其他獲指派的職務,以提升學前中國語文教育的質素。
(a) To plan, organise and conduct professional development programmes for kindergarten (KG) teachers;
(b) To provide school-based support services to KG principals and teachers on planning and implementing Chinese language activity/unit/curriculum plans and exploring effective Chinese language learning/teaching strategies;
(c) To develop Chinese language learning and teaching resources;
(d) To facilitate and monitor the application of good practice and learning/teaching resources in KGs;
(e) To organize and conduct district-based/territory-wide seminars/experience-sharing activities for dissemination of good practices and learning/teaching resources to KGs;
(f) To report regularly to the supervisors on work progress; and
(g) To perform any other duties as and when required by the supervisors for enhancing the quality of Chinese language education at pre-primary level.
(a)根據《僱傭條例》的規定,按適當情況,可享有14天年假、休息日、法定假日(或代替假日)、產假及疾病津貼。(b)獲錄用者如圓滿履行合約、而期間一直表現理想兼行為良好,可獲發約滿酬金。該筆酬金,連同政府根據《強制性公積金計劃條例》的規定為受聘人向強制性公積金計劃所作的供款,將相等於合約期所得底薪總額的10%。
(a)(i)持有本港所頒授的中國語文或中國語文教育學士學位,或具備同等學歷[參閱註(2)];
(ii)持有本港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書(主修中國語文優先),或具備同等學歷[參閱註(2)];以及
(iii)取得有關學歷後,具備不少於5年的學前或小學的中國語文教學、課程發展、質素保證、學校改善及/或有關中國語文教學校本支援經驗[參閱註(3)];或
(i) 持有本港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書(主修中國語文優先),或具備同等學歷[參閱註(2)];
(ii)持有本港所頒授的中國語文或中國語文教育碩士學位,或具備同等學歷[參閱註(2)];以及
(iii)具備不少於10年的學前或小學的中國語文教學、課程發展、質素保證、學校改善及/或有關中國語文教學校本支援經驗[參閱註(3)];或
(i)持有本港所頒授的幼兒教育學士學位,或具備同等學歷[參閱註(2)];
(ii)持有認可幼兒教育資歷(需最少具備合格幼稚園教師程度);
(iii)具備不少於5年的學前中國語文教學及課程發展經驗[參閱註(3)];
(b)符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科成績分別考獲第3級及第2級或以上成績,或具備同等成績[參閱註(4)];
(c)持有教育或幼兒教育學士以上學位、熟識本地教育課程、具備教師培訓與發展、課程與資源發展的教育工作經驗,及/或中國語文教學支援、研究與發展項目等相關經驗者優先;
(d)具備良好電腦知識,及/或運用多媒體製作教材和資源的知識及經驗者優先;以及
(e)具備極佳中文能力及能以英文與人有效溝通者優先。
(a) (i) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree majoring in Chinese Language or Chinese Language education, or equivalent [See Note (2)];
(ii) A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution (majoring in Chinese Language preferred), or equivalent [See Note (2)];
(iii) At least 5 years' relevant post-degree experience in teaching Chinese Language, curriculum development, quality assurance, school improvement and/or school support focusing on Chinese Language education at pre-primary or primary level [See Note (3)]; OR
(i) A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution (majoring in Chinese Language preferred), or equivalent [See Note (2)];
(ii) A Master's Degree in Chinese Language or Chinese Language education, or equivalent [See Note (2)];
(iii) At least 10 years' relevant experience in teaching Chinese Language, curriculum development, quality assurance, school improvement and/or school support focusing on Chinese language at pre-primary or primary level [See Note (3)]; OR
(i) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, or equivalent [See Note (2)];
(ii) A recognised teacher training qualification in pre-primary education (at least at Qualified Kindergarten Teacher qualification level);
(iii) At least 5 years' relevant experience in teaching Chinese Language and curriculum development at pre-primary level [See Note (3)];
(b) Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 and Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) respectively or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Note (4)];
(c) Preference will be given to candidates who have a higher degree in education or Early Childhood Education, good knowledge of the local education system and curriculum; and experience in training and development of teachers, curriculum and resource development, and/or school support in Chinese Language teaching, research and development projects;
(d) Good computer skills, and/or knowledge and experience in teaching resources development by using multi-media means preferred; and
(e) Excellent command of Chinese language and effective communication in English language preferred.
(1)語文教育及研究常務委員會(語常會)於一九九六年成立,就一般語文教育事宜及語文基金的運用,向政府提出建議。
(2)申請人須在申請表上清楚註明所修讀學位/教育證書課程的主修和副修科目。申請人如有其他學歷(例如有關科目碩士或博士學位),亦須一併在申請表上列明。
(3)申請人須述明於取得有關學歷後所具備的相關工作經驗及性質。
(4)政府在聘任時,2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
(5)申請人須接受面試和筆試。
(a) 申請人須在申請表格上清楚註明職位編號及職位名稱,例如:一級項目主任(中國語文教育) (EDB/EI/317/17)。(b) 除另有指明外,申請人於獲聘時必須已成為香港特別行政區永久性居民。(c)作為提供平等就業機會的僱主,政府致力消除在就業方面的歧視。所有符合基本入職條件的人士,不論其殘疾、性別、婚姻狀況、懷孕、年齡、家庭崗位、性傾向和種族,均可申請本欄內的職位。(d) 非公務員職位並不是公務員編制內的職位。應徵者如獲聘用,將不會按公務員聘用條款和服務條件聘用。獲聘的應徵者並非公務員,並不會享有獲調派、晉升或轉職至公務員職位的資格。(e) 入職薪酬、聘用條款及服務條件,應以獲聘時之規定為準。(f) 如果符合訂明入職條件的應徵者人數眾多,招聘部門可以訂立篩選準則,甄選條件較佳的應徵者,以便進一步處理。在此情況下,只有獲篩選的應徵者會獲邀參加招聘考試╱面試。(g) 政府的政策,是盡可能安排殘疾人士擔任適合的職位。殘疾人士申請職位,如其符合入職條件,毋須再經篩選,便會獲邀參加面試╱筆試。(h) 持有本港以外學府╱非香港考試及評核局頒授的學歷人士亦可申請,惟其學歷必須經過評審以確定是否與職位所要求的本地學歷水平相若。有關申請人須郵寄修業成績副本及證書副本到下述查詢地址。
申請表格 [G.F. 340 (3/2013修訂版)] 可向民政事務總署各區民政事務處民政諮詢中心或勞工處就業科各就業中心索取。該表格也可從公務員事務局互聯網站 (http://www.csb.gov.hk) 下載。申請書須於截止申請日期或之前送達下列查詢地址(九龍九龍灣宏光道39號宏天廣場17樓1702室教育局教育基建分部語文教育及語常會事務組)。請確保已為郵件支付足夠郵資,以免申請未能送達本局。郵資不足的郵件,一律會由香港郵政處理。申請人如獲選參加面試,通常會在截止申請日期後約六至八個星期內接到通知。如申請人未獲邀參加面試,則可視作經已落選。有關上述空缺的資料,可按該項職位所列電話查詢。
