職責
通過電話和電郵處理公眾的查詢及投訴。須輪班工作,包括星期六、日、公眾假期及通宵班(約每兩個月出任通宵班五日)。如輪班當日遇上惡劣天氣(例如颱風及黑色暴雨),亦需如常工作。面試將於2018年2月上旬舉行。獲聘用者最快須於2018年2月下旬上任及被調派至油麻地或葵涌的1823辦公室工作。
To handle enquiries and complaints from the public through phone, email, etc. Required to work on shifts, including on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays and overnight shifts (5 days’ overnight duty in around 2 months). The post is also required to work as scheduled in the event of inclement weather such as during typhoon and black rainstorm. Interviews will be arranged in early February 2018. Successful candidates are required to assume duty in late February 2018 the earliest and are subject to deployment to the offices of 1823 in Yau Ma Tei or Kwai Chung.

申請人必須 -
(a) 在香港中學文憑考試五科包括中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或同等或以上成績[註1],或具同等學歷;或在香港中學會考五科包括中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級/E級或以上成績[註2],或具同等學歷;及
(b) 操流利英語和粵語,能操流利普通話更佳;及
(c) 熟悉電腦操作,及中文文書處理速度達每分鐘10字。
申請人如具備客戶服務的工作經驗,可獲優先考慮。
申請人需接受中文文書處理速度測驗。
獲聘用者需通過培訓後的測試才會被繼續聘任。
Candidates should -
(a) have attained Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (Note 1), or equivalent; or Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (Note 2), or equivalent; and
(b) be fluent in English and Cantonese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage; and
(c) be familiar with PC applications and have Chinese word processing speed of 10 words per minute.
Preference will be given to candidates with working experience in customer service.
Applicants are required to take Chinese word processing speed assessment.
Continuous employment will be given to those who pass the post-training assessments.

(1) 香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標並表現優異」成績,以及其他語言科目C級成績,會被視為相等於新高中科目第3級成績;香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標」成績,以及其他語言科目E級成績,會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。
(2) 2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
