- (1)根據相關消防安全規定，就消防裝置及煙霧控制系統的建設發展協助進行檢查；
- (2)就消防裝置及煙霧控制系統的認可檢查和合格測試事宜，初步查核／審核提交的技術文件；以及
- (3)執行上司指派的任何其他職務。

Contract Assistant Building Services Inspection Officer (Full-time)
月薪港幣26,160元
職責
- (1)To assist in carrying out inspections in regard to the development of Fire Service Installations (FSIs) and smoke control systems in accordance with the relevant fire safety requirements;
- (2)To conduct preliminary checking / vetting on the submitted technical documents in relation to the acceptance inspections and compliance tests of FSIs and smoke control systems; and
- (3)To carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisors.
入職條件
申請人必須－
- (1)持有本港理工學院／大學或香港專業教育學院／工業學院／科技學院頒發的電機工程、機械工程或屋宇裝備工程文憑或高級證書，或具備同等學歷；
- (2)在取得上述學歷後，具備最少3年有關屋宇裝備裝置的工作經驗；
- (3)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具備同等學歷（見註1）；以及
- (4)具備一般辦公室電腦技能。
The candidate should -
- (1)have a Diploma or Higher Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering from a Hong Kong Polytechnic / University or Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education / Technical Institute / Technical College, or equivalent;
- (2)have a minimum of 3 years’ relevant post-qualification working experience in building services installations;
- (3)have met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (See Note 1); and
- (4)possess general office computer skills.

註1：
就聘任而言，2007年之前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科（課程乙）的「E」級成績，在行政上獲接納為等同2007年或以後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科「第2級」成績。
註2：
具備消防範疇（包括煙霧控制系統）相關工作經驗和持有有效「建造業安全訓練證明書」者更佳。
