職責
爲了向投資者展示他們可以通過本港或在本港獲得的投資商機,投資推廣署現正招聘兩名財經及金融服務高級經理。任職者須要熱心及自發,與投資推廣署的環球推廣團隊合作,積極聯繫全球主要市場的投資者。
(i) 任職者將直接向財經及金融服務主管負責,專責吸引外來直接投資,包括識別及聯繫計劃於香港開設辦公室或拓展業務的海外、內地和台灣金融服務公司;
(ii) 推動金融服務公司(包括銀行、投資銀行、基金經理及管理人、家族辦公室、私募基金公司、財務顧問及金融中介人、飛機/船舶租賃公司、企業財資中心、承保人、信託顧問、風險管理公司、相關監管機構、工業商會等)在香港開設及拓展業務;
(iii) 就財經及金融服務界的市場和公司進行研究,回覆客戶查詢,與金融監管機構及其他公營和私營機構聯繫,製備市場推廣資料、募資簡報,進行口頭報告,以及參與投資推廣活動,以引進及保留有關公司;
(iv) 協助籌辦活動,如圓桌會議、研討會、贊助活動及職務訪問,以推廣香港的財經及金融服務業。
(備註:本職位須要出國及前往內地公幹,如具備類似工作經驗更佳。)

To demonstrate the growing business opportunities that can be seized by investors in and via Hong Kong, InvestHK is recruiting two Senior Manager, Financial Services. The job holders should be enthusiastic and self-motived who have strong drive to result through reaching out to investors in key markets around the world in collaboration with the InvestHK global team.
(i) Reporting to the Head of the Financial Services Team, the candidate is responsible for attracting FDI (foreign direct investment), which include the identification of and reaching out to overseas, Mainland and Taiwanese financial services companies which plan to establish an office or expand in Hong Kong;
(ii) To facilitate financial services companies, including banks, investment banks, fund managers & administrators, family offices, private equity firms, financial advisors & intermediaries, air/ ship leasing companies, corporate treasury centres, insurers, trust advisors, risk management firms, regulatory related organisations and industry associations, etc. in setting up/ expanding businesses in Hong Kong;
(iii) To conduct research on markets and companies in the financial services sector, answer enquiries from clients, liaise with financial regulators and other relevant stakeholders in the public and private sectors, prepare marketing materials, pitch decks, presentations, and take part in investment promotion activities to retain and attract companies; and
(iv) To help organise activities such as roundtables, seminars, sponsored events and duty visits to promote Hong Kong’s financial services sector.
(Remarks: The position requires some international and Mainland travel, similar work experience would be an advantage.)

(a) 具備最少五年在以下相關範疇取得的全職工作經驗:(i) 公司客戶關係管理;(ii) 市場推廣;(iii) 投資推廣;或 (iv) 金融服務商務拓展;
(b) 持有香港任何一所大學頒發的學士學位,或具同等學歷,主修工商管理、財務/金融、經濟或國際市場推廣優先;持有財務/金融相關的深造學位或持有專業資格更佳;
(c) 對香港營商環境尤其是財經及金融服務界具有豐富知識;具備對金融監管及發牌程序、飛機租賃及企業財資中心專門稅制的認識,以及金融服務商務拓展的相關經驗更佳;
(d) 能自發工作、以客為本及目標主導;
(e) 優越的社交、人際關係管理及溝通技巧;
(f) 必須操流利英語及普通話。通曉粵語及其他語言更佳;
(g) 極佳的英文及中文書寫技巧。

(a) Minimum five years of relevant full-time work experience gained in (i) corporate account relationship management; (ii) marketing; (iii) investment promotion; or (iv) business development in financial services;
(b) A Bachelor degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent, preferably in business administration, finance, economics or international marketing; a post-graduate degree holder in finance related disciplines or holder of professional qualifications would have an advantage;
(c) Good understanding of Hong Kong’s business environment, in particular, the financial services sector. Knowledge of financial regulations and licensing procedures, the dedicated tax regime for aircraft leasing & corporate treasury centres and experience in business development in financial services is a plus;
(d) Self-motivated, client-centric and goal-driven;
(e) Excellent interpersonal, relationship management and communication skills;
(f) Fluency in English and Putonghua is a must. Proficiency in Cantonese and another language will be an advantage; and
(g) Excellent writing skills in both English and Chinese.
