- (a)協助制訂查核機制(包括相關程序和指引)，以查察私營骨灰安置所牌照持有人是否有遵從與財務相關的牌照條件； <br>
- (b)協助查核私營骨灰安置所牌照持有人是否有遵從與財務相關的牌照條件，包括進行以下工作： <br>
- (i)執行行政安排，確保牌照持有人適時按牌照條件提交報告和其他指明文件∕資料； <br>
- (ii)就牌照持有人提交的報告及其他指明文件∕資料作初步查核，提出是否有任何事項牌照持有人須澄清及∕或須提交進一步資料，並與牌照持有人跟進其須澄清的事項及∕或須提交的進一步資料； <br>
- (iii)如有需要，進行實地視察，查核持牌私營骨灰安置所有否遵從牌照條件； 及 <br>
- (iv)報告須予關注或未符規定的事項，並建議須採取的行動； <br>
- (c)就私營骨灰安置所的牌照申請，初步查核申請人提交的財務資料，提出是否有任何事項∕部分申請人須澄清或須提交進一步資料，並與申請人跟進其須澄清的事項或須提交的進一步資料；及 <br>
- (d)就負責與私營骨灰安置所發牌事宜有關的財務監察工作的組別，監督其日常運作及組內下屬人員的工作。
職責
- (a)To assist in the formulation of a mechanism (including the related procedures and guidelines) for checking the private columbaria licensees’ compliance with the licence conditions relating to the financial aspects; <br>
- (b)To assist in checking the compliance of the private columbaria licensees with the licence conditions relating to the financial aspects, including – <br>
- (i)undertaking the administrative arrangements to ensure the licensees’ timely submission of the reports and other specified submissions stipulated in the licence conditions; <br>
- (ii)conducting preliminary checks on the reports and other specified submissions submitted by the licensees, identifying issues requiring clarification and/or further information by the licensees and following up with the licensees; <br>
- (iii)conducting on-site inspections to licensed private columbaria to check compliance with license conditions where necessary; and <br>
- (iv)reporting areas of concerns or non-compliance and making suggestions on necessary actions. <br>
- (c)To conduct preliminary check on the financial information submitted by applicants in relation to applications for licence for operating a private columbarium and assist in identifying issues/areas requiring clarification or submission of further information by the applicants and following up with the applicants; and <br>
- (d)To oversee the day-to-day operation of the team on financial monitoring work in relation to licences of private columbaria and supervise subordinate staff in the team.

申請人必須 - <br>
- (a)
- (i)為根據《專業會計師條例》(第50章)第22條註冊的執業會計師；及 <br>
- (ii)在取得上述資格後，具備至少5年審核私營企業財務報表的經驗； <br>
- (b)在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考的中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第3級或以上成績
註(a)] ，或具同等學歷。
Candidates should - <br>
- (a)
- (i)be Certified Public Accountants (practising) registered under section 22 of the Professional Accountants Ordinance (Cap. 50); AND <br>
- (ii)possess at least 5 years’ relevant post-qualification experience in conducting audits of financial statements of private enterprises; <br>
- (b)have obtained Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE)
