- (a)處理一般文書工作，包括檔案處理、收發文件、採購及財務相關職務；
- (b)處理申請，包括審核和電腦資料輸入；
- (c)回答公眾人士查詢；
- (d)提供面試及活動支援; 以及
- (e)其他指派的工作。 *(註：工作時間和地點或會按局方運作需要而變更。獲取錄者可能需要︰
- (a)不定時工作，包括在晚上及週末工作；及
- (b)偶爾在戶外工作。)
職責
- (a)To perform general clerical duties, including filing, dispatch, procurement and finance related duties;
- (b)To process applications, including vetting and data-input;
- (c)To answer enquiries from the public;
- (d)To provide interview and event support; and
- (e)Any other duties assigned. *
Note:
The hours and venues of work may be varied having regard to the operational needs of the bureau. The successful candidate may be required to (a) work irregular hours and overtime, including evenings and weekends; and (b) work occasionally outdoors.

(d)熟悉電腦操作，包括文書處理、試算表及簡報軟件

(e)具備不少於兩年的全職文書工作經驗。
Applicants should have –
- (a)
- (i)Level 2 or equivalent

- (b)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2

- (c)Chinese word processing speed of 20 words per minute and English word processing speed of 30 words per minute

- (e)at least two years’ full-time clerical working experience.

- (2)有關科目可包括中國語文及英國語文科。
- (3)2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
