按法庭及相關覆檢委員會要求為罪犯進行心理評估；為在囚人士、受監管者提供心理輔導；建議、制定和推行針對罪犯更生的治療計劃；協助制定和推行與聘任、培訓和發展以及職員福利相關的政策和計劃；以及按指示為職員和他們的家人提供心理治療及輔導；進行與工作相關的資料蒐集/研究。 <br>

須受監獄條例約束。
職責
Conduct psychological assessments on offenders for the courts and for the relevant review boards; provide counselling for persons in custody and supervisees; advise, develop and implement treatment programmes for the rehabilitation of offenders; assist in developing and implementing relevant policies and programmes relating to staff recruitment, training and development and staff welfare; provide psychological treatment and counselling for staff and their family members when required and conduct work-related researches/studies.. <br>(Note: Subject to the provisions of the Prisons Ordinance.)
入職條件
- (a)持有本地大學頒授的臨床心理學碩士學位，或同等學歷[附註(g)]；
- (b)在綜合招聘考試英文運用語文試卷中取得「二級」成績並在中文運用語文試卷中取得「一級」成績[入職條件註(iii)至(v)]；及(c)操流利粵語及英語。
- (a)A Master degree in Clinical Psychology from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent [General Note (g)];
- (b)‘Level 2’ result in the language paper of Use of English and ‘Level 1’ result in the language paper of Use of Chinese in the Common Recruitment Examination, or equivalent

入職條件(註)
- (i)於2019年內修畢臨床心理學碩士學位課程的人士，亦可提出申請，惟有關申請人須考獲所需學歷後方會獲考慮聘用。 <br>
- (ii)能說普通話較佳。 <br>
- (iii)中文運用及英文運用試卷的考生成績分為「二級」、「一級」或「不及格」，並以「二級」為最高等級。 <br>
- (iv)香港中學文憑考試中國語文科第5級或以上成績；或香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科C級或以上的成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的二級成績。香港中學文憑考試中國語文科第4級成績；或香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科D級的成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的一級成績。 <br>
- (v)香港中學文憑考試英國語文科第5級或以上成績；或香港高級程度會考英語運用科C級或以上成績；或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level)(GCE A Level)English Language科C級或以上成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。香港中學文憑考試英國語文科第4級成績；或香港高級程度會考英語運用科D級成績；或GCE A Level English Language科D級成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的一級成績。在International English Language Testing System (IELTS)學術模式整體分級取得6.5或以上，並在同一次考試中各項個別分級取得不低於6的成績的人士，在IELTS考試成績的兩年有效期內，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。IELTS考試成績必須在職位申請期內其中任何一日有效。
