職責
- (a)To assist in planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating the support services provided by the Section; <br>
- (b)To render support services to schools implementing education policy initiatives; <br>
- (c)To conduct school-based professional development activities and assist in organising network-based/territory-wide functions for the professional development of primary school heads, Chinese Language panel heads and teachers; <br>
- (d)To identify and disseminate good practices in Chinese language learning and teaching and experience in the effective use of resources in primary schools; and <br>
- (e)To undertake school-based research and development projects relating to Chinese language learning and teaching in primary schools.
入職條件
- (a)持有香港所頒授的中國語文及/或中國語文教育的學士學位，或具備同等學歷；持有教育或相關學科之較高程度學位，或具備同等學歷者優先(見註1)； <br>
- (b)持有香港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書，或具備同等學歷； <br>
- (c)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具備同等成績(見註2)； <br>
- (d)在取得有關學歷後，具備不少於6年相關工作經驗、包括課程發展、教學、教師培訓或提供學校支援以促進中國語文學習的經驗及/或支援非華語學生學習中國語文學習的經驗(見註4)； <br>
- (e)熟悉本地教育制度及課程改革情況； <br>
- (f)了解現時本地及國際的中國語文教育趨勢； <br>
- (g)掌握良好的溝通、人際及表達技巧；以及 <br>
- (h)申請人或須於遴選面試當天參加筆試。
- (a)A Hong Kong bachelor's degree in Chinese Language and / or Chinese Language education, or equivalent; a higher degree in Education or related discipline, or equivalent preferred (See Note 1); <br>
- (b)A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent; <br>
- (c)Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (see Note 2); <br>
- (d)At least 6 years' relevant post-qualification experience, including curriculum development, teaching, teacher training or providing support to schools to enhance Chinese Language learning and /or supporting Non-Chinese speaking students in learning Chinese Language (See Note 4); <br>
- (e)Good knowledge of the local education system and the curriculum reform; <br>
- (f)Good knowledge of current trends in Chinese Language education in both local and international setting; <br>
- (g)Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; and <br>
- (h)Candidates may be required to take a written test on the day of selection interview.

- (2)政府在聘任時候，2007年之前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)「C級」及「E級」的成績，在行政上會分別視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科「第3級」和「第2級」的成績。 <br>
