(1)合約為期兩年；
(2)月薪$22,470；
(3)按表現酌情發放獎金，每六個月發放一次，款額最高約為一個月的薪金；

職責

(1)處理／協助處理伺服器基礎設施的推行、支援和維修保養工作，包括： 
- (i)在內部網絡和互聯網非軍事區內，負責在生產、開發、測試、培訓和災難復原的環境中，進行網頁、應用系統和數據庫伺服器的安裝、調試、維修保養和管理工作，並須保持高可用性、高可靠度和高性能表現; 
- (ii)提供技術支援，並協助應用團隊和各支援團隊進行持續或以個別項目為本的工作，包括但不限於可行性研究、產品評估、解決方案設計、制訂規模、系統推行和測試、性能調整及故障修復;
(2)與其他支援團隊協調和合作，以支援資訊科技基礎設施，包括Microsoft Windows及Linux伺服器（實體及虛擬伺服器），以及進行系統健康檢查、服務監察、日常系統管理等;
(3)處理／協助處理與伺服器和系統軟件有關的軟件和服務採購工作，以及軟件許可證更新、服務續期和軟件的維修保養；
(4)處理／協助處理有關伺服器、系統軟件及相關技術的評估工作；
(5)處理／協助處理有關伺服器基礎設施的日常支援及維修項目的品質控制工作；
(6)為終端用戶提供資訊科技培訓；以及
(7)擬備、審核和更新程序、報告等文件。

(1)To undertake/assist in the implementation, support and maintenance activities for the server infrastructure, including: 
- (i)installing, commissioning, maintaining and managing the web, applications and database servers in the internal network and internet demilitarized zones, including in the production, development, testing, training and disaster recovery environment, with very high availability, reliability and good performance; 
- (ii)providing technical support and assisting application teams and various support teams in ongoing or project-based activities, including but not limited to feasibility studies, product evaluations, solution design, capacity sizing, system implementation and testing, performance tuning and trouble-shooting;
(2)To coordinate and collaborate with other support teams in supporting the IT infrastructure, including Microsoft Windows and Linux servers (physical and virtual servers), health-checking and service monitoring, ongoing system administration, management, housekeeping, etc.;
(3)To undertake/assist in the procurement of software and services related to server and system software, as well as licence and services renewal and software maintenance;
(4)To undertake/assist in the evaluation of servers, system software and related technologies;
(5)To undertake/assist in the quality control on the on-going support and maintenance activities of the server infrastructure;
(6)To provide IT training for end users; and
(7)To prepare, examine and update documentation, including procedures and reports.

入職條件

(1)持有本地大學頒授的資訊科技或電腦學學士學位或高級文憑，或具備同等學歷；
(2)在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科（2007年以前應為「課程乙」）取得第2等級（2007年以前應為「E級」）或以上成績，或具備同等成績；
(3)取得上述學歷資格後，在資訊科技行業累積不少於兩年全職工作經驗，當中包括對使用不同操作系統(例如Linux、Windows Server等)的伺服器基礎設施進行日常支援及維修工作的經驗；
(4)在下列至少一個範疇上具備豐富的工作經驗，並精通相關工具： - Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2008R2或以上、VMware vSphere & vCenter、 Microsoft Hyper-V、伺服器監察、服務器加固和操作系統修補;
(5)具備全天候七天二十四小時提供支援的經驗更佳;
(6)具備支援資訊科技基礎設施的經驗更佳，而有關設施宜包括兩個或以上具備高可用性裝置的數據中心;
(7)履歷表必須依時序列出過往的工作經驗及具備的相關技能；
(8)具備良好的中、英文會話和書寫能力，以及良好的人際溝通技巧；以及
(9)勤奮進取，具備良好的分析和解難能力。

(1)A Hong Kong bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in Information Technology, or equivalent;
(2)Level 2 (Grade E before 2007) or above in both Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examinations (HKCEE), or equivalent;
(3)A minimum of 2 years’ full time post-qualification working experience in IT field with on-going support & maintenance experience of server infrastructure on various operating systems (e.g. Linux, Windows Server, etc.);
(4)Solid working experience in one or more of the following areas and proficient in using the relevant tools: - Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2008R2 or above, VMware vSphere & vCenter, Microsoft Hyper-V, Server Monitoring, Server Hardening and OS Patching;
(5)Experience in providing 24x7 support is an advantage;
(6)Experience in supporting IT infrastructure with high availability setup across 2 or more data centres is an advantage;
(7)Resume must provide career history as well as relevant skills and experience in chronological order;
(8)Good verbal/written and interpersonal communication skills in both Chinese and English; and
(9)Diligent, with great initiative and good analytical and problem solving abilities.
