職責
(a) 協助統籌招聘工作及為有關工作提供行政支援;
(b) 協助處理部門職系員工的晉升選拔工作;
(c) 協助執行有關人力資源管理的職能,當中包括員工晉升選拔、委任及人事事宜;
(d) 編製及分析與員工招聘、晉升選拔及委任有關的各種統計數據;以及
(e) 執行由上司指派的其他工作。

入職條件
(a) 持有本港大學頒授的認可學士學位,或具備同等學歷;
(b) 在香港中學會考或香港中學文憑考試中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第3級或以上成績,或具同等成績;
(c) 具備最少十年在招聘/人力資源管理工作擔任督導職位的全職工作經驗;
(d) 具備良好的中英語文講寫能力,並具備極佳的分析及溝通技巧,並能在緊迫的時限內獨立及有效地工作;
(e) 熟悉電腦操作,包括文字處理,試算表和演示軟件;以及
(f) 如具備與政府或半官方機構有關的工作經驗,可獲優先考慮。

(f) Relevant work experience in the Government or quasi-government bodies will be a clear advantage.

入職條件(註)
2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)C級成績,在行政上會被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級成績。
