職責
(a)統籌招聘工作及為有關工作提供行政及其他支援;
(b)處理聘用相關的查詢及投訴;
(c)協助執行有關人力資源管理的職能,當中包括員工評核、晉升、職位調派、署任安排等;
(d)編製及分析與人力資源管理有關的各種統計數據;以及
(e)執行由上司指派有關人力資源管理的其他工作。

(a) To assist in coordinating and providing administrative support in recruitment exercises;
(b) To handle enquiries and complaints relating to all appointments and personnel functions;
(c) To provide support in human resources management and personnel functions in relation to staff appraisals, promotion, posting and acting appointment;

入職條件
(a)持有香港所頒授的學士學位,或具備同等學歷;
(b)符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第3級或以上成績,或具備同等成績[註];
(c)在取得學士學位後,具備不少於6年工作經驗,當中包括不少於4年的行政工作經驗,尤以人力資源管理、聘用及招聘相關工作並於政府工作為佳;
(d)熟悉電腦操作包括文書處理、試算表及簡報軟件;以及
(e)申請人必須具備良好的書寫能力、溝通及人際技巧;積極進取、能在壓力下工作並於有限時間內處理多項事務。

(c) At least 6 years' working experience after obtaining (a) above, of which at least 4 years in administration, preferably in work related to human resources management, appointments and recruitment, and within the government;
(d) Proficient in computer operations such as using word-processing, spreadsheet and presentation software; and
(e) Good writing, interpersonal and communication skills; self-motivated; able to work under pressure and can handle multiple projects within tight timeframes.

入職條件(註)
政府在聘任時,2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
