Assistant Programme Officer in Television and New Media Programmes
總薪級表第14點（每月港幣23,285元）至總薪級表第27點（每月港幣43,120元）
職責
助理節目主任（電視及新媒體節目）主要工作範疇包括 (a) 製作電視及多媒體節目與編排項目計劃；(b) 履行主播、研究員及編寫職責；及 (c) 編定製作和後期製作的細節。
（註：或需不定時工作和輪班當值，和在颱風、黑色暴雨警告及其他緊急情況下工作。）
An Assistant Programme Officer in Television and New Media Programmes is mainly deployed on (a) producing TV and multi-media programmes and organizing projects; (b) performing as presenters, researchers, script-writers; and (c) working out production and post-production details.
(Note: May be required to work irregular hours and shifts; and to work during typhoons, Rainstorm Black Warning and other emergencies.)
入職條件
申請人必須：
(a) (i) 持有香港的大學所頒發學位，或具同等學歷；或
(ii) 持有香港的專上院校頒授經評審的副學士學位或獲認可的高級文憑，主修相關或有關連的學科（新聞學及傳理學、創意媒體、媒體學科），或具同等學歷；兼具兩年電視、電台或新媒體節目製作及／或拍攝的相關工作經驗；或
(iii) 持有香港的專上院校頒授獲認可的文憑，主修相關或有關連的學科（新聞學及傳理學、創意媒體、媒體學科），或具同等學歷；兼具四 年相關工作經驗；或
(iv) 在香港高級程度會考獲兩科及格，及在香港中學會考另外三科成績達C級或以上（可包括中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第3等級成績），或具同等學歷；或在香港中學文憑考試五科（可包括中國語文科及英國語文科）考獲第3級或同等[參閱註(1)]或以上成績，或具同等學歷；兼具五年相關工作經驗；或
(v) 在香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第2等級或以上成績，另有三科成績達E級或以上，或具同等學歷；或在香港中學文憑考試五科（須包括中國語文科及英國語文科）考獲第2級或同等[參閱註(1)]或以上成績，或具同等學歷；兼具六年相關工作經驗；及
(b) 符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學會考或香港中學文憑考試中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第2等級或以上成績，或具同等成績。
Candidates should have
(a) (i) a Hong Kong Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent; or
(ii) an accredited associate degree or an accredited higher diploma in a relevant or related discipline (Journalism and Communication, Creative Media, Media Studies) from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; and 2 years’ relevant experience relating to TV, radio or new media programme production and/or filming; or
(iii) an accredited diploma in a relevant or related discipline (Journalism and Communication, Creative Media, Media Studies) from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; and 4 years’ relevant experience; or
(iv) a pass in 2 subjects at Advanced Level in the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination (HKALE) and Grade C or above in 3 other subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (which may include Level 3 in Chinese Language and English Language), or equivalent; or Level 3 or equivalent [See Note (1)] or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (which may include Level 3 in Chinese Language and English Language), or equivalent; and 5 years’ relevant experience; or
(v) Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language together with 3 other subjects at Grade E or above in the HKCEE, or equivalent; or Level 2 or equivalent [See Note (1)] or above in five subjects in the HKDSEE (which should include Chinese Language and English Language), or equivalent; and 6 years’ relevant experience; and
(b) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the HKCEE or HKDSEE, or equivalent.
入職條件(註)
(1) 政府在聘任公務員時，香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標並表現優異」成績，以及其他語言科目C級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第3級成績；香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標」成績，以及其他語言科目E級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第2 級成績。
(2) 政府在聘任公務員時，過往香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)C級與E級的成績，在行政上會視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科分別第3等級與第2等級的成績。
(3) 為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣，所有公務員職位的招聘，均會包括《基本法》知識的評核。申請人如獲邀參加技能測試，會被安排於技能測試當日參加《基本法》知識筆試。申請人在《基本法》知識測試的表現，是評核其整體表現的其中一個考慮因素。
(4) 於職位申請截止日起計三個月內將取得訂明學歷的申請人，亦可申請。申請人需圓滿考獲所要求學術資格方獲考慮聘任。
(5) 申請人須技能測試合格，方獲進一步考慮。
(6) 申請人出席招聘面試，須於事前或事後提供文件證明其具備相關學歷和經驗。
(7) 申請人如已修讀並完成本地大學或專上院校所開辦與新聞學及傳理學、創意媒體或媒體學科相關的學科，或具同等學歷，請在申請表格G.F.340(Rev.3/2013)第A (II)部份「就學詳情」一欄清楚列明所修讀科目，以及在第A(I)及(III)部份註明在香港中學文憑考試／香港中學會考／香港高級程度會考中國語文科和英國語文科的最高成績（或同等成績）。
(8) 申請人如曾在媒體機構工作而獲得電視、電台或新媒體節目製作及／或拍攝相關的工作經驗，請在申請表格G.F.340(Rev.3/2013)「就業詳情」一欄清楚註明機構業務性質及申請人的工作性質。
