- (a)領導工作小組推行、支援及改善應用系統的工作；
- (b)協助項目經理收集用戶要求、撰寫外判資訊科技項目的招標規格、就資訊科技項目的系統開發、推行及保養工作與承辦商聯絡；
- (c)參與不同的資訊科技項目工作階段，包括進行可行性研究、系統分析及設計、編程、測試、訓練、編撰文書、系統推行及保養工作；
- (d)與承辦商及用戶合作，檢查及確保項目成果的質素。
職責
- (a)lead a project team to implement, support and enhance application systems;
- (b)assist the project manager to collect user requirements, formulate tender specifications and liaise with contractors in the system development, implementation and maintenance of IT projects;
- (c)take part in different phases of computer projects, including feasibility study, systems analysis and design, programming, testing, training, documentation, implementation and system maintenance;
- (d)work with users and contractors to check and ensure the quality of deliverables.
入職條件
申請人必須— <br>
- (a)
- (i)持有香港的大學所頒發學位，主修電腦科學／資訊科技／計算機工程或相關學科學位，或具同等學歷；並具7年開發及推行資訊科技項目的工作經驗，當中應包括最少1年處理與廣播有關的電腦系統的工作經驗；或 <br>(ii)持有香港的專上院校頒授經評審的副學士學位或獲認可的高級文憑，主修電腦科學／資訊科技／計算機工程或相關學科，或具同等學歷；並具8年開發及推行資訊科技項目的工作經驗，當中應包括最少2年處理與廣播有關的電腦系統的工作經驗；及 <br>(b)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第2等級或以上成績，或具備同等成績[參閱註]。 <br> <br>申請人如— <br>(i)具使用Oracle開發工具在網上及／或客戶端／伺服器平台的經驗； <br>(ii)具開發資源及成本管理系統、付款及財務系統、採購及存貨系統、媒體資產管理系統的經驗； <br>(iii)具領導外判及內部資訊科技項目的經驗； <br>(iv)具使用政府架構系統開發方法的經驗； <br>(v)具良好的領導及溝通技巧；及 <br>(vi)能獨立地及可在壓力下工作 <br>則更為理想。
Candidates should have – <br>
- (a)
- (i)a Hong Kong Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computing Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent; and 7 year’s work experience in the development and implementation of information technology (IT) projects, which should include at least 1 year's work experience in handling broadcasting related computer systems; OR <br>(ii)an accredited Higher Diploma or an accredited Associate Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computing Engineering or a related discipline, from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; and 8 years’ work experience in the development and implementation of information technology (IT) projects, which should include at least 2 years’ work experience in handling broadcasting related computer systems; AND <br>(b)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination / Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Note]. <br> <br>Candidates who possess - <br>(i)experience in using Oracle development tools on web-based and/or client/server platforms; <br>(ii)experience in the development of resource and cost management system, payment and financial system, procurement and inventory system, media asset management system; <br>(iii)experience in leading outsourced and internal IT projects; <br>(iv)experience in using structured system development methodology in the Government; <br>(v)good leadership and communication skills; and <br>(vi)ability to work independently and under pressure <br>will have an advantage.
