• (a)To assist in personnel matters, especially in recruitment, appointment, employment and resignation matters of non-civil service contract (NCSC) staff; <br>
• (b)To handle matters in records management especially in disposal of files/documents; <br>
• (c)To oversee and handle office accommodation matters for additional office and storage space and office relocation; and <br>
• (d)To perform other duties as assigned.

• (a)have a Hong Kong bachelor's degree, or equivalent; <br>
• (b)have a minimum of four years ' post-degree full-time working experience in conducting executive and /or administrative support positions; Preference will be given to candidates with working experience in the Government; <br>
• (c)with excellent command of spoken and written Chinese (including Putonghua) and English. The candidates should have Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent

(Note: For appointment purpose, “Grade C” in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 is accepted administratively as comparable to “Level 3” in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth); <br> (d) be proactive, with the ability to work independently and a strong sense of responsibility; and <br> (e) have good computer proficiency.
