職責
將調派至發展局工務科法律諮詢部(工務)，負責就政府的建造工程及擬議法例、建造工程相關申索及爭議提供法律意見，以及處理解決爭議的程序。
To be deployed in the Legal Advisory Division (Works) of the Works Branch of the Development Bureau to provide legal advice on government’s construction works and proposed legislation, construction claims and disputes, as well as to handle dispute resolution proceedings.
入職條件
申請人須 -
(a)(i)在香港或《律政人員條例》第2A條及附表2所規定的任何一個認可司法管轄區內取得律師資格後具備最少六年從事建築法律及／或民事訴訟實務的專業經驗；或
(ii)在香港或《律政人員條例》第2A條及附表2所規定的任何一個認可司法管轄區內取得大律師資格和全面執業權後，具備最少七年從事建築法律及／或民事訴訟實務的專業經驗；以及
(b)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考英國語文科和中國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具同等成績(註：政府在聘任非公務員合約僱員時，2007年前的香港中學會考英國語文科(課程乙)和中國語文科E級的成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考英國語文科和中國語文科第2級成績)。
未具足夠規定專業經驗者(但必須於取得律師資格後具備最少四年專業經驗，或於取得大律師資格和全面執業權後具備最少五年專業經驗)亦可申請。

Candidates should -
(a)(i) be solicitors with at least six years’ professional experience in construction law and/or civil litigation practice since admission in Hong Kong or any one of the recognised jurisdictions as stipulated under Section 2A and Schedule 2 of the Legal Officers Ordinance; or
(ii) be barristers with at least seven years’ professional experience in construction law and/or civil litigation practice since attaining the right to full practice in Hong Kong or any one of the recognised jurisdictions as stipulated under Section 2A and Schedule 2 of the Legal Officers Ordinance; and
(b) have met the language proficiency requirements of ‘Level 2’ or above in English Language and Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent. (Note: For non-civil service appointment purpose, ‘Grade E’ in English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Level 2’ in English Language and Chinese Language respectively in the 2007 HKCEE or henceforth.)
Candidates with less working experience (a minimum of four years’ professional experience for solicitors or five years’ professional experience for barristers) may also apply.

入職條件(註)
獲取錄者如未具足夠規定專業經驗(但必須於取得律師資格後具備最少四年專業經驗，或於取得大律師資格和全面執業權後具備最少五年專業經驗)，入職月薪將調節至低於港幣105,880元。
