職責
資訊科技助理須輪班工作(於08:45 - 22:30期間)，並須於星期六、星期日及公眾假期工作。資訊科技助理主要負責–
(a) 為終端用戶提供前線技術支援服務、執行求助台支援工作，以及按程序與指引到現場診斷問題；
(b) 協助設置及測試電腦、打印機、流動裝置及網絡設備；協助安裝設備、遷移設備及停止設備運作；
(c) 配合承辦商及內部工作人員支援電腦系統；以及
(d) 執行上司指派的其他工作。

Information Technology Assistants (ITAs) are required to work on shift system (during 08:45 - 22:30) and are required to work on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. ITAs are responsible to perform the following duties:-
(a) to provide first line helpdesk service to end users and perform helpdesk activities and carry out on-site problem diagnosis according to procedures/guidelines;
(b) to assist in setting up and testing computers, printers, mobile devices and network equipment; assist in equipment installation, relocation and decommissioning;
(c) to coordinate with contractors and in-house staff to support computer systems; and
(d) to carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor(s).

入職條件
申請人必須–
(a) (i) 在香港中學文憑考試五科考獲第2級或同等 (註1) 或以上成績 (註2) ，或具同等學歷；或
(ii) 在香港中學會考五科考獲第2級 (註3) / E 級或以上成績 (註2) ，或具同等學歷；及
(b) 符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級 (註3) 或以上成績，或具同等成績；及
(c) 能閱讀及書寫中文及英文；及
(d) 操流利粵語及英語；以及
(e) 具備兩年相關經驗–
(i) 資訊科技求助台支援 / 終端用戶支援 (桌上電腦、流動裝置、局部區域網絡/伺服器/電郵等)；或
(ii) 設置及測試資訊科技設備；或
(iii) 電腦系統技術支援。
(a) (i) 在香港中學文憑考試五科考獲第2級或同等 (註1) 或以上成績 (註2) ，或具同等學歷；或
(ii) 在香港中學會考五科考獲第2級 (註3) / E 級或以上成績 (註2) ，或具同等學歷；及
(b) 符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級 (註3) 或以上成績，或具同等成績；及

Candidates should –
(a) have (i) Level 2 or equivalent [Note 1] or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) [Note 2], or equivalent; or
(ii) Level 2 [Note 3] / Grade E or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) [Note 2], or equivalent; and
(b) meet the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 [Note 3] or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent; and
(c) be able to read and write Chinese and English; and
(d) be able to speak fluent Cantonese and English; and
(e) have two years’ relevant experience in –
(i) Information Technology (IT) helpdesk service / end user support (desktop computer, mobile device, LAN/server/email, etc.); or
(ii) Setup and test of IT equipment; or
(iii) Support of computer systems.

(1) 政府在聘任時，香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目 (最多計算兩科) 「達標」成績，以及其他語言科目E級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。
(2) 有關科目可包括中國語文及英國語文科。
(3) 政府在聘任時，2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科 (課程乙) E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2級成績。
(4) 具有相關資訊科技技術支援、設置及支援Microsoft Windows，Microsoft Office 2016及Lotus Notes的工作經驗者優先。
