• (1)To assist in formulating and implementing the publicity programmes and initiatives for the effective promotion of legal aid services and the Department; <br>
• (2)To undertake related duties such as liaising with government bureaux/departments, non-government organisations, print/online media, the contractors and sections of the Department, and monitoring the work and progress of projects undertaken by contractors, government bureaux/departments, etc.; <br>
• (3)To handle the procurement procedures, prepare relevant documents and vet materials submitted to the Department relating to the publicity initiatives, including TV/radio programme production, media advertising and online media advertisement; <br>
• (4)To assist in organising publicity programmes and events, and provide on-site support; <br>
• (5)To assist in the production of commemorative publication and printed materials; <br>
• (6)To prepare speeches and messages; and <br>
• (7)To perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.

Candidates should have - <br>

• (a)A bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent; <br>
• (b)High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese and have met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 in the two language papers (Use of Chinese and Use of English) in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) or equivalent

• (c)At least three years of relevant experience in publicity, public relations and marketing such as event management, TV/radio programme production, online advertising and social media, and production of publication and printed materials, preferably with experience gained from sizable or public organisations; <br>
• (d)Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills; <br>
• (e)Able to work independently and under pressure; and <br>
• (f)Good computer knowledge in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
