職責
(a) 協助推行計劃以加強康樂及文化事務署轄下博物館(以下統稱「博物館」)的品牌形象;
(b) 推行「文博義工計劃」,以加強社區對博物館的支持;
(c) 出版市場營銷宣傳品,如「香港博物館期刊」、「香港博物館誌」及博物館品牌刊物等;
(d) 推行計劃以加強博物館咖啡館和書店的吸引力;
(e) 推行市場推廣及宣傳活動,如宣傳博物館館藏、為香港藝術館重開製作宣傳影片及推行電子營銷,以及向旅遊業界推廣等,以拓闊觀眾層面、增加入場人數及門票收入;
(f) 管理「香港公共博物館」網頁和各社交媒體平台的內容及維護;
(g) 策劃、統籌及推行大型活動,如「香港博物館節」及博物館的特別活動;
(h) 發展博物館紀念品項目,包括但不限於管理生產,擴大銷售渠道,發展特許經營模式及推出宣傳活動以促進銷售;
(i) 進行調查及研究,以辨認和分析觀眾的重要特質,從而提升博物館的表現;
(j) 為市場及業務拓展組提供行政支援;以及
(k) 執行其他由上級指派的工作。
註:受聘人或須不定時及於星期六、最期日及公眾假期工作。

(b) To implement the Museum Volunteer Scheme to encourage community involvement;
(c) To publish marketing-communication materials, e.g. the Hong Kong Museum Journal, the Hong Kong Museum Bulletin and the museum brand book, etc;
(d) To implement measures to enhance the attractiveness of the museum cafes and bookshops;
(e) To launch marketing and publicity campaigns, e.g. promotion of the Museums’ collections, video production and digital marketing for the re-opening of the Museum of Art, tourism promotion, etc, to widen the audience base, boost patronage and ticket revenue;
(f) To manage the content and maintenance of the Museum Portal and social media platforms;
(g) To plan, coordinate and implement mega events e.g. Muse Fest HK and special functions of the Museums;
(h) To develop LCSD museum souvenir projects, including but not limited to managing production, expanding sales channels, developing licensing business model and launching promotional campaigns to boost sales;
(i) To conduct surveys and researches to identify and analyse significant features of audience so as to enhance Museums’ performance;
(j) To provide administrative support to the Marketing and Business Development Section; and
(k) To perform any other duty as assigned by the supervisors.
Note: Appointee(s) may be required to work irregular hours, on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

(d) 熟悉Microsoft Word、Excel、PowerPoint等商業應用軟件及中文文書處理;
(e) 具良好中英文寫作技巧 [見註(3)];
(f) 操良好英語及粵語;兼具普通話能力者更佳;
(g) 具良好的溝通技巧、人際關係和組織能力;
(h) 熟悉文化事務工作,包括表演藝術、博物館和電影,將獲優先考慮;以及

(a) a bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent, preferably in marketing, public relations, communication, or equivalent. A higher degree in arts and culture related discipline will be an advantage;
(b) Level 3 or above in English Language and Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (see Note 2);
(c) at least five years' full-time post-qualification working experience in marketing;
(d) good knowledge in the application of common business software of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing and so on;
(e) good writing skills in both English and Chinese (see Note 3);
(f) proficiency in speaking English and Cantonese. Ability to speak Putonghua will be an advantage;
(g) excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills;
(h) good knowledge of cultural services, including performing arts, museums and films, will be an advantage; and
(i) working experience in volunteer management/ website management and social media marketing/ video production/ production of marketing publications/ management of mega events/ market research/ government or statutory body will be an advantage.
