職責
(a)協助主管協調、籌劃、推行及評估語文教學支援組提供的支援服務;
(b)提供諮詢服務及專業發展的支援,以協助中、小學校長、英國語文科科主任及教師推行各項課程及政策措施;
(c)主持內部專業發展的培訓活動;
(d)為中、小學英國語文科科主任及教師舉辦校本/全港/網絡專業發展活動;
(e)推廣中、小學英國語文教學的良好方法及有效運用資源的經驗;
(f)推行有關中、小學校本英國語文學與教之研究及發展項目;
(g)與中、小學校長/校內有關人士聯繫,以檢討學校推行課程發展的進度;以及
(h)進行其他被委派的工作事項。

(a) To assist the supervisor in the coordination, planning, implementation and evaluation of the support services to be provided by the Language Learning Support Section;
(b) To provide advisory and professional development support services to primary and secondary school heads, English panel heads and teachers in implementing different curriculum and policy initiatives;
(c) To conduct in-house professional development programmes;
(d) To conduct school-based/ territory-wide/ cross-district networking functions for primary and secondary school English panel heads and teachers;
(e) To disseminate good practices in English Language learning and the experience in using the resources effectively in primary and secondary schools;
(f) To undertake research and development projects related to English Language learning and teaching in primary and secondary schools;
(g) To liaise with school heads/ relevant parties of the schools to review the progress in school-based curriculum development; and
(h) To perform other duties as assigned.

入職條件

(b)持有本港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書,或具備同等學歷 [見註(iii)];
(c)符合語文能力要求,即在綜合招聘考試兩張語文試卷[中文運用及英文運用]中取得「二級」成績,或具備同等成績[見註(iv)];
(d)在取得有關學歷後,具備不少於6年的相關工作經驗,包括教學、督導管理、資源管理、推行教育研究、培訓或提供直接支援予學校以促進英國語文學習[見註(v)];以及
(e)申請人若:(1)持有本港頒授有關英國語文及/或英國語文教育或與語文教學支援組工作相關學科的更高學歷;(2)熟知本地教育制度和課程改革情況;(3)了解現時本地及國際的英國語文教育趨勢;以及(4)具備教育範疇的管理經驗、領導才能及優秀的溝通、交際和表達技巧,可獲優先考慮。
(b)持有本港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書,或具備同等學歷 [見註(iii)];

(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree in English Language subject or English Language Education, or equivalent [See Notes (ii) and (iii)];
(b) A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent [See Note (iii)];
(c) Met the language proficiency requirements of 'Level 2' results in the two language papers [Use of Chinese (UC) and Use of English (UE)] in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE), or equivalent [See Note (iv)];
(d) At least 6 years' relevant post-qualification experience in teaching, supervision, resource management, conducting educational research, training or providing direct support to schools to enhance English Language learning [See Note (v)]; and
(e) Preference will be given to candidates who have (1) a Hong Kong higher degree in English Language and/or English Language Education or a discipline relevant to the work of the Language Learning Support Section; (2) good knowledge of the local education system and the curriculum reform; (3) knowledge of current trends in English Language education in both local and international settings; and (4) managerial experience in the field of education with proven leadership, excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

(iv) 綜合招聘考試中文運用及英文運用試卷的成績分為「二級」、「一級」或「不及格」,並以「二級」為最高等級。香港中學文憑考試中國語文科第5級或以上成績;或香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科「C」級或以上的成績,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的「二級」成績。香港中學文憑考試英國語文科第5級或以上成績;或香港高級程度會考英語運用科「C」級或以上的成績;或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) English Language 科「C」級或以上的成績,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的「二級」成績。在 International English Language Testing System (IELTS) 學術模式整體分級取得6.5或以上,並在同一次考試中各項個別分級取得不低於6的人士,在IELTS考試成績的兩年有效期內,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的「二級」成績。IELTS考試成績必須在職位申請期內其中任何一日有效。
