Senior Manager, District Health Centre Team
月薪港幣70,590元至78,380元 (視乎經驗而定)
職責
擔任該職位的人員負責在地區康健中心系統下發展醫社協作網絡，包括協助制定地區康健中心的社會服務標準及指引，建立全面的地區社會服務資源數據庫，以及在社區層面設立社會服務資源系統。
The post incumbent is responsible for the development of a medical social collaboration network under District Health Centre System, including assisting in setting up social service standards and guidelines for District Health Centres, developing a comprehensive local social service resource database and a social service resource system at the community level.
入職條件
申請人須：–
(a) 持有本港大學所頒授的醫療衞生方面或社會工作學士學位，或具同等學歷；
(b) 具備至少十年公共衞生服務或社會工作的全職工作經驗，尤以醫社協作方面為佳，其中五年為全職管理及督導工作經驗(註)；
(c) 具備規劃及統籌社區健康服務項目的能力；
(d) 具有領導才能，包括與提供服務機構、社區組織及其他有關方面商談、解決問題及建立關係的能力；以及
(e) 具備良好中英文口語及書寫能力。

Candidates should possess –
(a) a bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university or equivalent in health care related professions or social work;
(b) at least 10 years’ full time work experience in public health related services or social services, preferably in the field of medical social collaboration, with 5 years’ full time managerial and supervisory experience (Note);
(c) ability to plan and coordinate community healthcare operations;
(d) leadership skills including negotiation, problem solving and relationship building with service providers, community groups and other related parties; and
(e) a good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
