職責
申請人如獲錄用，將調派至發展局工務科轄下組別／辦事處工作，負責以下職務(註4及5)─
(a) 協助管理有關九龍東的顧問研究，並為研究提供專業支援；
(b) 協助推展研究建議，並把有關方案化為規定，以納入賣地文件，並監察相關的實施安排；
(c) 協助辦事處就所負責的各個計劃和項目，與有關決策局／部門及其他各方聯繫；以及
(d) 執行獲指派的任何其他職務。

Successful candidates will be deployed to sections/offices in the Works Branch of the Development Bureau to undertake the following duties (Notes 4 and 5) –
(a) to assist in managing consultancy studies for Kowloon East and to provide professional support for the studies;
(b) to assist in taking forward study recommendations and translating relevant proposals into requirements to facilitate incorporation into land sale documents, and overseeing implementation arrangements;
(c) to assist in liaising with relevant bureaux/departments as well as other parties on various initiatives and projects undertaken by the office; and
(d) to perform any other duties assigned.

入職條件
本職位男女均可申請，申請人必須─
(a)(i) 為香港建築師學會會員，或具備同等資格，以及為香港建築師註冊管理局的註冊建築師(註1及2)；或
(ii) 為香港工程師學會在1975年12月5日後所選出的正式會員(土木界別)，或具備同等資格(註1及2)；或
(iii) 為香港規劃師學會正式會員，或具備同等資格；或為規劃署署長認可的其他專業城市規劃學會正式會員，並通過香港規劃師學會資格審定試第二部分(註1及2)；
(b) 在取得資格後最少具備三年相關範疇的工作經驗，包括規劃、設計和工程研究及／或處理土地交易的相關經驗；
(c) 符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第3級(註3)或以上成績，或具同等成績；
(d) 中、英文講寫能力俱佳；以及
(e) 溝通及人際技巧良好。
申請人如在截止申請日期前未能符合入職條件(a)至(c)中任何一項，則申請將不獲考慮。申請人即使獲邀參加面試／測試，也並不表示具備資格符合所需的入職條件。

This position is open to both male and female. Applicants should –
(a)(i) be Members of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA), or equivalent; and Registered Architects of the Architects Registration Board of Hong Kong (Notes 1 and 2); or
(ii) be Corporate Members of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) (Civil Discipline) elected after 5 December 1975, or equivalent (Notes 1 and 2); or
(iii) be Corporate Members of the Hong Kong Institute of Planners (HKIP), or equivalent; or be Corporate Members of other professional town planning institutes recognised by the Director of Planning, and have a pass in Part II of the HKIP Qualifying Examination (Notes 1 and 2);
(b) have at least three years’ post-qualification experience, with relevant experience in planning, design and engineering studies and/or land transactions;
(c) have met the language proficiency requirements of ‘Level 3’ (Note 3) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
(d) have good command of oral and written Chinese and English; and
(e) have good communication and interpersonal skills.
