(一) 就第八輪配對補助金計劃，審批院校的申請及發放款額； <br>(二) 核對及審批日常部門經費和政府資助金； <br>(三) 協助監察補助金的運用，例如監察各院校所提交的財務報表和審計報告，審查和整合報告／報表等； <br>(四) 就推行新會計系統進行可行性研究； <br>(五) 為上司提供行政支援及督導文職人員工作；以及 <br>(六) 執行上司指派的其他工作。
職責
- (a)to vet the applications submitted by institutions and disburse payments for the Eighth Matching Grant Scheme; <br>
- (b)to check and approve daily departmental and government subvention payments; <br>
- (c)to assist in the monitoring on use of grants, such as monitoring the submission of institutions’ financial statements and audited reports, vetting and consolidating reports / statements, etc.; <br>
- (d)to conduct feasibility studies on implementation of new accounting system; <br>
- (e)to provide support to senior officers and supervise clerical staff; and <br>
- (f)to perform other duties as assigned by senior officers.
入職條件
(一) 持有本港大學頒授的會計學學位或具備同等學歷，或為香港會計師公會專業資格課程的註冊學生或具備同等資歷； <br>(二) 擁有至少七年財務或會計全職工作經驗。曾從事高等教育界別或政府部門職務，並擁有推行或管理會計系統經驗的申請人，可獲優先考慮; <br>(三) 具備良好的中英文書寫及口語能力； <br>(四) 具備良好的電腦運用知識，包括操作Microsoft Word、Excel； <br>(五) 具備強烈責任感，良好的組織能力、溝通技巧及領導才能；以及 <br>(六) 能於壓力下及緊迫期限內完成工作。
- (a)either have a Hong Kong degree in Accountancy, or equivalent, or be a registered student of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants Qualification Programme, or equivalent; <br>
- (b)have at least seven years’ full-time working experience related to the finance or accounting. Preference will be given to candidates with working experience in the higher education sector or the Government, as well as implementation or management of accounting system; <br>
- (c)have good command of spoken and written Chinese and English; <br>
- (d)have good computer proficiency, including knowledge in using Microsoft Word and Excel; <br>
- (e)possess a strong sense of responsibility, good organization, communication and leadership skills; and <br>
- (f)able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
