職責
政府車輛事務經理的主要職責為—
(a) 協助制訂管理政府車隊及提供運輸服務的策略，以及就部門車隊管理進行檢討；
(b) 監督為各部門提供的運輸服務，並給予意見，以及管理供各部門租賃車輛服務的合約；
(c) 籌劃及協調政府車輛的採購，並管理用於採購一般用途車輛的一筆過撥款；
(d) 籌劃及管理政府車輛司機的培訓及考試計劃，並就處理涉及政府車輛的交通意外提供指引；及
(e) 協助管理政府車輛事務主任和司機職系。

A Government Transport Manager is mainly deployed on –
(a) assisting in the planning of strategy for the management of government vehicle fleet and delivery of transport services, and conducting review of departmental fleet management;
(b) overseeing the provision of land transport service and providing advice to departments, and administering contracts for hiring of vehicles by various departments;
(c) planning and co-ordinating the procurement of government vehicles and managing the block vote for procuring general purpose vehicles;
(d) planning and administering the training and testing programmes for drivers of government vehicles and providing guidance on handling traffic accidents involving government vehicles; and
(e) assisting in the management of Transport Services Officer and Driver grades.

入職條件
無論男女，均可應徵。申請人須–
(a) (i) 持有本港大學的學士學位，修讀的科目以運輸服務、經濟學或公共行政為佳或具同等學歷；或
(ii) 為香港運輸物流學會的註冊會員或具同等資格；
(b) 取得上述資格後，在政府部門、半官方機構或商營機構出任高級職位並負責大規模車隊的行政和監控工作最少達七年；及
(c) 符合語文能力要求，即在綜合招聘考試的兩張語文試卷（中文運用和英文運用）中取得「一級」成績，或具同等成績。
(a) (i) 持有本港大學的學士學位，修讀的科目以運輸服務、經濟學或公共行政為佳或具同等學歷；或

Candidates, both male and female, should have –
(a) (i) a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Transport Studies, Economics, or Public Administration from a Hong Kong University, or equivalent; or
(ii) Chartered Membership of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in Hong Kong, or equivalent;
(b) at least 7 years’ post-qualification experience in a senior position in a government department, quasi-government or commercial organisation in the administration and control of a large fleet of vehicles; and
(c) met the language proficiency requirements of “Level 1” results in the two language papers (Use of Chinese and Use of English) in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE), or equivalent.

入職條件(註)
(1) 只有擔任管理角色的申請人才會被視為在相關職業「出任高級職位」。申請人應詳列有關工作性質及其相關性。
(2) (a) 綜合招聘考試中文運用及英文運用試卷的成績分為二級、一級或不及格，並以二級為最高等級。
(b) 政府在聘任公務員時，香港中學文憑考試中國語文科第5 級或以上成績;或香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科C 級或以上的成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的二級成績。香港中學文憑考試中國語文科第4 級成績;或香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科D 級的成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的一級成績。
(c) 香港中學文憑考試英國語文科第5 級或以上成績;或香港高級程度會考英語運用科C 級或以上成績;或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) (GCE A Level) English Language 科C 級或以上成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。香港中學文憑考試英國語文科第4 級成績;或香港高級程度會考英語運用科D 級成績;或GCE A Level English Language 科D 級成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的一級成績。
(d) 在International English Language Testing System（IELTS）學術模式整體分級取得6.5 或以上，並在同一次考試中各項個別分級取得不低於6 的成績的人士，在IELTS 考試成績的兩年有效期內，會視為已符合政府車輛事務經理職位的英語能力要求。IELTS考試成績必須在職位申請期內其中任何一日有效。
(3) 為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣，政府會測試應徵公務員職位人士的《基本法》知識。申請人在基本法測試的表現會佔其整體表現的一個適當比重。
