職責
評審主任主要擔任的工作包括:
(a) 領導、策劃和進行評審工作,並負責與訓練質素保證相關的項目;
(b) 分析評審文件,就資歷架構提供專業意見,並撰寫評審報告;
(c) 代表警察學院與其他政府決策局、機構、專業團體聯繫,包括但不限於香港學術及職業資歷評審局和香港資歷架構秘書處;
(d) 訂立評審程序和指引,並就如何發展評審策略進行研究及顧問項目;
(e) 在評審過程的不同階段,為人員統籌及舉辦評審訓練課程;
(f) 檢討和實施質素保證機制,包括相關審計工作,確保課程符合質素保證要求和評審標準;
(g) 統籌課程檢討並作記錄,持續改善訓練課程的質素;
(h) 就課程銜接和學分轉移事宜準備文件,並與本地及海外院校聯繫,以及
(i) 執行高級人員指派的其他職務。

A Registrar is mainly deployed to:
(a) lead, plan and conduct accreditation exercises, and undertake projects related to quality assurance of training programmes;
(b) analyse accreditation documents, provide professional advice about Qualifications Framework and produce accreditation reports;
(c) represent the Police College in liaising with other government bureaux, institutions, professional bodies, including but not limited to the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ) and Hong Kong Qualifications Framework (HKQF) Secretariat;
(d) develop accreditation procedures and guidelines, and undertake research and consultancy projects for accreditation strategy development;
(e) coordinate and provide accreditation training programmes to officers in different stage of the accreditation process;
(f) review and implement Quality Assurance Mechanism, including relevant audits, to ensure the compliance with the quality assurance requirements and accreditation standards;
(g) coordinate and document curriculum reviews for continuous improvement of the training programmes;
(h) prepare documents and liaise with the institutions, both local and overseas, for the purpose of programme articulation and credit transfer; and
(i) perform any other duties as directed by senior officers.

入職條件
申請人必須:
(a) 持有香港任何一所大學頒授的學士學位,或具備同等學歷,尤以碩士學位為佳;
(b) 在取得學位後曾在教育界別或相關專業團體擔任全職工作並具備至少十年經驗;
(c) 符合語文能力要求,在綜合招聘考試的兩份語文試卷(中文運用及英文運用)取得二級成績,或具備同等資格;
(d) 對資歷架構有深入了解和認識,以及/或具備在高等教育及/或職業界別的評審/質素保證工作經驗則較佳;
(e) 具備卓越的分析能力和人際及溝通技巧;
(f) 精通電腦軟件應用程式,包括MS Word、Excel及PowerPoint;以及
(g) 能夠書寫流暢中英文和能操流利粵語及英語,並具備良好的表達技巧。

Candidates should have:
(a) a bachelor’ degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent, preferably with a Master’s degree from a university in Hong Kong or equivalent;
(b) at least 10 years’ full-time post graduate working experience in the education sector or related professional bodies;
(c) met the language proficiency requirements of “Level 2” results in the two language papers (Use of Chinese and Use of English) in the Common Recruitment Examination (“CRE”), or equivalent;
(d) good understanding and knowledge of the Qualifications Framework and/or exposure to accreditation/quality assurance work in the higher education and/or vocational sector are considered an advantage;
(e) excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills;
(f) proficiency in software applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and
(g) proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English, and possessing good presentation skills.
