職責
合約護士的主要職責為－
(a) 負責執行一般護理職務；
(b) 向服務對象提供公共健康護理服務；
(c) 參與健康教育和健康促進活動；
(d) 協助培訓及向於出入境口岸工作的前線員工講解關於健康篩檢服務、感染控制及職安健等事宜；
(e) 執行與2019冠狀病毒病有關的緊急護理職務，包括：
i. 在檢疫中心提供健康評估和醫學監測，收集樣本及協調中心的聯繫；
ii. 在出入境口岸簽發強制檢疫令及醫學監察通知書，提供健康評估和醫學監測，協助緊急行動及公共健康調查；
iii. 負責電話熱線服務，追查曾與家居強制檢疫人士接觸的人物；及
(f) 其他由上司指派的護理職務。

(1) 可獲免費提供制服及洗熨服務。
(2) 須不定時及24小時輪班工作，於星期六、日及公眾假期當值及外勤工作。]

A Contract Nurse is mainly deployed on –
(a) performing general nursing duties;
(b) providing public health nursing service to clients;
(c) participating in health education and health promotion activities;
(d) assisting in training and briefing of frontline staff on delivery of health screening service, infection control and occupational safety and health issues etc. at the boundary control points;
(e) performing nursing duties in relation to the COVID-19 emergency operation including:
i. conducting health assessment and medical surveillance, collecting specimens and coordinating communication at quarantine centres;
ii. issuing Compulsory Quarantine Orders and Notifications of Medical Surveillance, conducting health assessment and medical surveillance, assisting in the emergency operations and public health investigation at boundary control points;
iii. manning hotlines, conducting contact tracing of persons under home quarantine; and
(f) any other nursing duties as assigned by seniors.

(1) Free uniform and laundry provided.
(2) Required to work irregular hours or perform shift duties to provide 24-hour coverage, work on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and perform outdoor duties.]

入職條件
申請人必須－
(a) 持有香港護士管理局頒發的註冊證明書(第I部)；
(b) 持有香港護士管理局頒發的有效執業證明書；
(c) 符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具同等成績(請參閱註)；及
(d) 能操流利粵語及英語。

Candidates should –
(a) possess a Certificate of Registration (Part I) issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong;
(b) possess a valid practising certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong;
(c) have met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [Note]; and
(d) be able to speak fluent Cantonese and English.

入職條件(註)
政府在聘任時，2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)C級及E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
