職責
(1) 督導員工管理財政計劃,包括新措施的籌備工作、為計劃管理提供支援、覆核和審批申請等;
(2) 協助就投訴、上訴、一般查詢,以及由區議員、非政府機構、關注團體等提出的查詢/轉介擬備回覆;
(3) 執行計劃的特定支援職責,例如熱線服務、審批指引的檢討、用戶驗收測試、統計報表、津貼發放等;
(4) 協助計劃的宣傳工作;
(5) 就辦公室行政提供行政支援;以及
(6) 處理由上級指派的其他工作。
註:視乎部門的運作需要,受聘人可能需不定時工作及於星期六、日及公眾假期上班。他/她也可能被分派到部門其他部別工作。

(1) To supervise a team of staff in administering financial scheme, including preparatory work for new initiatives, provision of support in scheme administration, reviewing and approving applications, etc.;
(2) To assist in preparing replies to complaints, appeals, general enquiries and enquiries/referrals from District Council members, non-governmental organisations, concern groups, etc.;
(3) To perform specific scheme support duties e.g. hotline service, review of the vetting guidelines, user acceptance test, statistical returns, disbursement of payment;
(4) To assist in publicity work relating to the scheme;
(5) To provide executive support in office administration; and
(6) To undertake any other duties as assigned by senior officers.
Note: Subject to operational requirement of the department, the successful candidate may be required to work irregular hours on shift and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. He / She may also be deployed to work in other Division within the same Department.

(b) 於取得上述學歷後,有最少三年全職行政工作經驗,並在政府部門/公營機構有督導階層工作經驗或管理政府財政計劃的工作經驗佔優;
(c) 中英文俱佳,並在綜合招聘考試兩張語文試卷(中文運用及英文運用)中取得「2 級」成績,或具備同等成績[參見下文註解];
(d) 具備良好電腦應用知識;以及
(e) 人際關係及溝通技巧俱佳。
證明文件:申請人必須提供證明文件以證明他們獲得上述的學歷和工作經驗;倘若申請人未能提供此等證明文件,申請將不獲受理。

(b) a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification full-time working experience in administration work, with experience at supervisory level in the Government/public sector organisation or experience in administration of Government financial schemes being an advantage;
(c) good command of both Chinese and English and have met the language proficiency requirements of "Level 2" results in the two language papers (Use of Chinese and Use of English) in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) or equivalent (please refer to the Note below);
(d) equipped with good computer knowledge; and
(e) good interpersonal and communication skills.
