- (a)負責關愛基金「課餘託管試驗計劃」的執行工作；
- (b)處理申請、監察「計劃」進度及成效評估；
- (c)撰寫概要、進度報告、預備統計數據等相關文件；
- (d)聯絡及協調參與「計劃」的學校、非政府機構及其他相關部門；
- (e)視察學校及非政府機構以確保「計劃」的質素及成效；
- (f)處理公眾查詢；管理資料庫，包括定期更新及匯報；以及
- (g)協助其他關愛基金項目。
職責
- (a)To implement the After-school Child Care Services Pilot Scheme under Community Care Fund (CCF);
- (b)To process applications, monitor progress and review effectiveness of the Scheme;
- (c)To prepare briefs, progress reports, statistics tables and related documents;
- (d)To liaise schools, Non-government organizations (NGOs) and other parties;
- (e)To pay visits to schools and NGOs;
- (f)To handle public enquiries and manage database including updating and reporting; and
- (g)To assist in other CCF programmes.
入職條件
- (a)持有本港頒授的學士學位，或同等學歷；
- (b)在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第3級
註] 或以上成績，或具同等成績；
(c)優良的溝通技巧及良好的電腦操作技能, 如：試算表及文字處理軟件；以及
(d)持有兩年或以上工作經驗並曾在政府部門或公營機構工作將獲優先考慮。
- (a)A Hong Kong bachelor's degree, or equivalent;
- (b)Level 3 (Note) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
- (c)Excellent communication skills and good computing skills, e.g. spreahsheet and word-processing software; and
- (d)Two years or more working experiences in government departments or public bodies preferred.
