職責
合約行政服務主任的主要職責為:
1. 管理辦公室地方及檔案、撰寫會議記錄、擬備報告、文件及預算、蒐集及整理背景資料/數據、督導初級人員及其他相關職務;
2. 協助員工招聘、晉升、工作表現管理、培訓及發展;
3. 為活動、會議及探訪活動提供所需的行政及後勤支援;
4. 為項目的策劃、推展及檢討工作提供行政支援;以及
5. 執行獲指派的其他職務。

A Contract Executive Service Officer is mainly deployed on –
1. managing office accommodation and filing systems, preparing minutes of meetings, reports, documents and budgets, collecting and compiling background information / data, supervising junior staff and other related duties;
2. assisting in recruitment, promotion, performance management and training and development of staff;
3. rendering administrative and logistic support to events, conferences and visit programmes;
4. providing administrative support to the planning, implementation and review of projects or systems; and
5. undertaking any other duties as assigned.

入職條件

(a) 持有香港任何一所大學頒授的學士學位,或具同等學歷;
(b) 在取得學位後,具備最少三年與行政及/或管理有關的全職工作經驗。擁有香港特別行政區政府及/或公營機構相關工作經驗者會明顯佔優;
(c) 符合語文能力要求,即在綜合招聘考試兩份語文試卷(中文運用及英文運用)取得二級成績(註),或具同等成績;
(d) 具有優良的分析能力,以及良好的組織能力、溝通及人際技巧,並能在緊迫的時限內獨立及有效地工作;以及
(e) 通曉一般電腦應用,包括Microsoft Word、Excel、Powerpoint及中文文書處理。

Candidates should have –
(a) a bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
(b) at least three years of post-degree full-time work experience in executive and/or management duties. Relevant work experience in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government and/or public bodies will be a clear asset;
(c) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2(Note) in the two language papers [Use of Chinese (UC) and Use of English (UE)] in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE), or equivalent;
(d) strong analytical power and good organisation, communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and effectively under tight schedule; and
(e) good knowledge in common computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint as well as Chinese word processing.
(Remarks: All qualifications required should be obtained on or before the application deadline. Qualifications obtained after the application deadline will not be considered. Candidates who are selected for interview will normally receive an invitation in about ten weeks from the closing date for application. 入職條件(註)
綜合招聘考試中文運用及英文運用試卷的成績分為二級、一級及不及格,並以二級為最高等級。在聘任非公務員時,香港中學文憑考試中國語文科第5級或以上成績;或香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科C級或以上成績會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的二級成績。香港中學文憑考試英國語文科第5級或以上成績,或香港高級程度會考英語運用科或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) (GCE A Level) English Language科C級或以上成績會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。在 International English Language Testing System (IELTS)學術模式整體分級取得6.5或以上,並在同一次考試中各項個別分級取得不低於6的申請人,在考試成績的兩年有效期內,其IELTS成績可獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。IELT考試成績必須在職位申請期內(即2021年11月26日至2021年12月10日)其中任何一日仍然有效。
