職責
高級律師主要負責知識產權法律的相關工作，包括制定政策及法例，商標、專利及外觀設計的註册，進行準司法審裁聆訊和作出書面裁決，向政府部門及決策局提供民事法律諮詢服務及協助落實各項措施令香港發展成為區域知識產權貿易中心。
A Senior Solicitor is mainly deployed on intellectual property legal work including policy formulation and law-making, registration of trademarks, patents and designs, exercising quasi-judicial functions and handing down written decisions, providing civil legal advisory services to government departments and bureaux, and assisting in the implementation of various initiatives to develop Hong Kong into a regional intellectual property trading centre.
入職條件
申請人必須：
(i) 在香港或《律政人員條例》(第87章)第2A條及附表2所規定的任何一個認可司法管轄區內取得律師資格後具備最少七年專業經驗；或
(ii) 在香港或《律政人員條例》(第87章)第2A條及附表2所規定的任何一個認可司法管轄區內取得大律師資格和全面執業權後，具備最少八年專業經驗﹔以及
(b) 符合語文能力的要求，即在綜合招聘考試的英文運用試卷取得“二級”成績，以及在中文運用試卷取得“一級”成績，或同等成績(註1)。
(i) 在香港或《律政人員條例》(第87章)第2A條及附表2所規定的任何一個認可司法管轄區內取得律師資格後具備最少七年專業經驗；或
(ii) 在香港或《律政人員條例》(第87章)第2A條及附表2所規定的任何一個認可司法管轄區內取得大律師資格和全面執業權後，具備最少八年專業經驗﹔以及
(b) 符合語文能力的要求，即在綜合招聘考試的英文運用試卷取得“二級”成績，以及在中文運用試卷取得“一級”成績，或同等成績(註1)。
Candidates should -
(a)(i) be solicitor with at least seven years’ professional experience since admission in Hong Kong or a recognised jurisdiction as stipulated under Section 2A and Schedule 2 of the Legal Officers Ordinance (Cap. 87); or
(ii) be barrister with at least eight years’ professional experience since attaining the right to full practice in Hong Kong or a recognised jurisdiction as stipulated under Section 2A and Schedule 2 of the Legal Officers Ordinance (Cap. 87); and
(b) have met the language proficiency requirements of ‘Level 2’ result in the Use of English (UE) paper and ‘Level 1’ result in the Use of Chinese (UC) paper in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE), or equivalent (Note 1).

政府在聘任公務員時，香港中學文憑考試中國語文科第5級或以上成績；或香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科C級或以上的成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的二級成績。香港中學文憑考試中國語文科第4級成績；或香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科D級的成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的一級成績。
香港中學文憑考試英國語文科第5級或以上成績；或香港高級程度會考英語運用科C級或以上成績；或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) (GCE A Level) English Language科C級或以上成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。香港中學文憑考試英國語文科第4級成績；或香港高級程度會考英語運用科D級的成績；或GCE A Level English Language科D級成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的一級成績。
在International English Language Testing System (IELTS)學術模式整體分級取得6.5或以上，並在同一次考試中各項個別分級取得不低於6的成績的人士，在IELTS考試成績的兩年有效期內，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。IELTS考試成績必須在職位申請期內其中任何一日(即2021年10月8日至2021年10月29日)有效。

(a) 申請人須具備良好理解、分析、研究和撰寫技巧，並能夠清楚解釋複雜的問題及議題。
(b) 申請人如在知識產權法方面素有知識和經驗，可獲優先考慮。
