職責
(a) 處理一般行政工作；
(b) 備存會員資料庫和培訓紀錄，並編制相關報告；
(c) 撰寫專題網站內容包括最新活動、活動花絮及會員通訊；
(d) 平面設計及製作；
(e) 協助宣傳短片及相片的拍攝、剪輯及後期製作；
(f) 協助籌辦活動；及
(g) 執行主管人員所指示的其他工作。
（註：獲取錄者或需戶外工作、超時工作；及 / 或不定時工作，包括星期六、星期日、法定假日或公眾假期。)

(a) To perform general administrative duties;
(b) To maintain a membership database, training records and compile relevant reports;
(c) To compose content for a thematic website including new activities, event highlights and communication with members;
(d) To design and create visual graphics;
(e) To assist in video and photo shooting, editing and retouching;
(f) To assist in organising activities; and
(g) To perform other duties assigned by senior officers as and when required.
(Note: Appointed candidate may be required to perform outdoor duties; overtime work and/or work irregular hours including Saturday, Sunday, statutory holidays and general holidays.)

入職條件
申請人必須 –
(a)(i) 持有香港任何一所大學頒發的美術設計 / 新聞與傳播 / 多媒體 / 平面設計 / 視覺傳達 / 創意媒體或有關科目的學士學位，或同等學歷；或
(a)(ii) 持有香港任何一所專上院校頒發的美術設計 / 新聞與傳播 / 多媒體 / 平面設計 / 視覺傳達 / 創意媒體或有關科目經評審副學士學位 / 高級文憑，或同等學歷；或
(a)(iii) 持有註冊專上學院註冊後頒發的美術設計 / 新聞與傳播 / 多媒體 / 平面設計 / 視覺傳達 / 創意媒體或有關科目的文憑，或同等學歷；及
(b) 具備良好中英文書寫能力，能操流利粵語和英語。
具備有關多媒體及平面設計、商業攝影及影片製作經驗，精通電腦軟件應用程式，包括但不限於Adobe Photoshop、Adobe Illustrator、Adobe Premiere Pro及中文輸入法的申請人可獲優先考慮。

Candidates should have –

(a)(ii) an accredited associate degree / higher diploma in Design / Journalism and Communication / Multimedia / Graphic Design / Visual Communication / Creative Media or relevant subjects from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; OR
(a)(iii) a diploma in Design / Journalism and Communication / Multimedia / Graphic Design / Visual Communication / Creative Media or relevant subjects from a registered post-secondary college issued after the date of its registration, or equivalent; and
(b) good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
Candidates who possess experience in multimedia and graphic design, commercial photo and video studio experience, proficient in computer applications including but not limited to Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro and Chinese word processing will have advantage.
