職責
(a)協助高級計劃統籌主任分析就評核恆常化特殊教育需要統籌主任(統籌主任)成效而搜集的數據,並編寫報告;
(b)協助綜合主要觀察及調查結果,並向學校提供反饋;
(c)為高級計劃統籌主任提供後勤支援,優化特殊教育資訊管理系統,以便管理統籌主任的專業培訓資料;
(d)就高級計劃統籌主任進行諮詢校訪提供後勤支援;
(e)協助高級計劃統籌主任在分享會、網絡活動、統籌主任網站等,推廣良好的校本做法;以及
(f)履行其他相關職責。

(a) To assist the Senior Project Coordinator (SPC) in analysing the data collected through the assessment of the effectiveness of the regularised Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) provision and preparing a report;
(b) To assist in consolidating the key observations and findings of the assessment and provide feedbacks to schools;
(c) To provide backend support to the SPC to enhance the Special Education Management Information System to maintain the professional training information of SENCOs;
(d) To provide backend support to the SPC to conduct advisory visits to schools;
(e) To assist the SPC in promoting good school-based practices at sharing sessions, networking activities, SENCO website, etc.; and
(f) To perform any other duties as and when required.

入職條件
(a)持有香港所頒授的學士學位,或具備同等學歷[參閱註1];
(b)持有香港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書,或具備同等學歷;
(c)符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績,或具備同等成績[參閱註2];
(d)取得學位後,具備不少於4年從事教學/教育行政/研究經驗;
(e)(i)具備為特殊教育需要學生發展支援項目的工作經驗者;及/或(ii)具備相關特殊教育訓練者優先;
(f)處事盡責、積極主動、對工作有熱誠;
(g)品格良好、為人正直;
(h)中、英文書寫及會話能力良好;
(i)具備良好的分析及組織能力;以及
(j)能夠獨立或與團隊合作,根據計劃的進度去籌劃、協調和執行相關的工作。

(i)具備良好的分析及組織能力;以及
(j)能夠獨立或與團隊合作,根據計劃的進度去籌劃、協調和執行相關的工作。
(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree, or equivalent [See Note 1];
(b) A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent;
(c) Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 [See Note 2] or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
(d) At least four years' relevant post-degree experience in teaching/educational administration/research;
(e) Preference will be given to candidates who have (i) proven experience of programme development related to supporting children with special educational needs; and/or (ii) relevant training in special education;
(f) Be responsible, self-motivated and enthusiastic;
(g) Have a fine character and integrity;
(h) Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English;
(i) Good analytical and organisation skills; and
(j) Able to work independently and as a team to meet requirements and schedule in planning, coordinating and implementing programmes.
