- (a)為項目的策劃、推展及檢討工作提供行政支援；
- (b)支援資訊系統及電腦網絡的發展、提升及應用；
- (c)協助管理承建商及顧問；
- (d)為項目及其他工作擬備報告及文件；
- (e)籌備公關活動或其他部門活動；
- (f)為部門內各處/分處提供行政支援；
- (g)擔任會議及委員會秘書；
- (h)其他相關職務。
職責
- (a)To provide administrative support to the planning, implementation and review of projects;
- (b)To provide support in the development, enhancement and application of information systems and computer network;
- (c)To assist in the management of contractors and consultants;
- (d)To prepare reports and other documents in connection with projects and other tasks;
- (e)To organize publicity-related activities or other departmental functions;
- (f)To provide administrative support to various Branches/Divisions of the Department;
- (g)To serve as secretary for meetings and committees;
- (h)To perform any other duties as required of the post.
入職條件
- (1)(a) 持有本地大學學位或同等學歷；以及
- (b)學位課程畢業後曾從事下列一種或以上行業，並累積最少五年相關工作經驗：
- (i)策劃及推展項目或系統；
- (ii)資訊系統或電腦網絡的行政工作；
- (iii)活動管理；
- (iv)管理承建商及顧問；
- (v)辦公室行政及人力資源管理；
- (2)具備良好的中英語文講寫能力，並於香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第3級或以上成績，或具同等成績 [請參閱註(A)]；
- (3)熟悉電腦操作，包括文字處理、試算表和演示軟件；
- (4)如具備與政府有關的工作經驗，可獲優先考慮。
- (1)(a) A degree from a local university, or equivalent; and
- (b)At least 5 years' relevant post-qualification experience in one or more of the following areas
- (i)planning and implementation of projects or systems;
- (ii)administration of information systems or computer network;
- (iii)event management;
- (iv)management of contractors and consultants;
- (v)office administration and human resources management;
- (2)Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Note (A)];
- (3)Proficiency in computer operation such as word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software;
- (4)Relevant experience in the Government is an advantage.

- (A)政府在聘任非公務員合約員工時，2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)C級成績，在行政上會被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級成績。
