職責
(i) 執行投資推廣署的數碼及社交媒體推廣策略,支援相關的市場推廣、公共關係及活動籌劃的工作;
(ii) 管理本署各類數碼推廣及社交媒體的日常運作,以提高本署在各社交媒體平台上的接觸群及活躍度;
(iii) 為各宣傳渠道專門設計合適內容(包括數碼內容、短片及社交媒體);及管理投資推廣署在社交網絡上的數碼形象、風格及品牌策略;
(iv) 對搜尋引擎優化 (SEO)及搜尋引擎行銷 (SEM)有所認識,從而推行有效的網絡及社交媒體策略,增加本署在網絡平台的活躍度;
(v) 與投資推廣署的內地團隊合作,加強本署在中國內地的數碼推廣及社交媒體宣傳;以及
(vi) 分析各項數據及指標,並進行市場觀察研究,以進一步提高部門的市場推廣工作成效。

(i) To manage InvestHK’s digital and social media initiatives to support the work of marketing, public relations and events;
(ii) To manage the daily maintenance of various digital marketing and social media platforms to grow audience and increase engagement across all platforms;
(iii) To generate bespoke content (including digital, video, and social media) across all channels; and to manage InvestHK’s digital image, tone and brand on all social networks;
(iv) To have an understanding of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) in order to implement effective online and social media strategies and build engagement;
(v) To work with InvestHK’s mainland investment promotion teams to broaden our digital marketing and social media outreach across mainland China; and
(vi) To analyse data and metrics and to develop insights with the objective to further maximise the department’s marketing efforts.

入職條件
(a) 持有香港任何一所大學所頒授的學士學位,或具同等學歷,以主修新聞、市場推廣、語文、傳訊或有關科目為佳。如有更高學歷者更佳;
(b) 中英文溝通技巧卓越;
(c) 符合語文能力要求,即在綜合招聘考試兩份語文試卷(中文運用及英文運用)取得二級成績或具備同等成績(見註(a)至(c));
(d) 具備最少五年市場推廣及傳訊的工作經驗,及三年與社交媒體、短片及數碼推廣相關的全職工作經驗;
(e) 熟悉在LinkedIn、YouTube、Twitter、Facebook、微信等社交媒體平台制定有效宣傳策略及製作短片;
(f) 對香港營商環境具有豐富知識,具有投資推廣、市場推廣及傳訊、又或經濟發展的相關工作背景及知識者更佳;以及
(g) 必須操流利英語、廣東話及普通話。通曉其他語言如日語、法語或德語更佳。

(a) A Bachelor's degree from a Hong Kong university or equivalent, preferably in journalism, marketing, languages, communications or related field. A higher degree would be an advantage;
(b) Excellent English and Chinese communication skills;
(c) Meet the language proficiency requirements of “Level 2” results in the two language papers (Use of Chinese and Use of English) in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) or equivalent (see Notes (a) to (c));
(d) Minimum five years of marketing and communications experience and three years of relevant full-time work experience gained in social media, video and digital marketing;
(e) Familiarity of implementing effective strategies on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, WeChat, and video marketing;
(f) Knowledge of and good understanding of Hong Kong’s business environment, knowledge of and experience in investment promotion, marketing communications or economic development would be an advantage; and
(g) Fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua is a must. Proficiency in another language such as Japanese, French or German will be an advantage.
