職責
The successful candidate will assist in - <br>
- (a)analysing the finances of travel agents; <br>
- (b)extracting and compiling data on travel agents; <br>
- (c)processing license renewal and amendments; <br>
- (d)performing administrative duties related to records processing; and <br>
- (e)performing any other duties.
入職條件
申請人須－ <br>
- (a)是香港特別行政區永久性居民； <br>
- (b)為修讀全日制學士學位課程的專上院校學生，對會計有基礎認識者會較有優勢； <br>
- (c)在2020/21年升讀第二/第三或最後一年課程； <br>
- (d)具備良好溝通技巧，擅於同時兼顧多項任務； <br>
- (e)具備良好中、英文書寫及口語能力（須在香港中學文憑考試的中國語文科和英國語文科取得第4等級或以上的成績，或同等學歷）；以及 <br>
- (f)熟悉中文輸入及Microsoft Office應用程序，包括Word、Excel和PowerPoint。
Applicants should – <br>
- (a)be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region; <br>
- (b)be post-secondary students pursuing a full-time Bachelor’s degree, preferably with accounting background; <br>
- (c)be proceeding to the second/third or final year of study in 2020/21; <br>
- (d)have good communication skills and multi-tasking skills; <br>
- (e)have good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (with Level 4 in both Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or equivalent) ; and <br>
- (f)be proficient in computer applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word processing.
入職條件(註)
- (1)香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標並表現優異」成績，以及其他語言科目C級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第3級成績；香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標」成績，以及其他語言科目E級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。 <br>(2)有關科目可包括中國語文及英國語文科。 <br>(3)2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
