處理一般文職工作，包括：
- (a)資料輸入、影印、收發文件、處理電話查詢；
- (b)處理物資；以及
- (c)執行其他獲指派工作。
職責
To perform general clerical duties including
- (a)data entry; photocopying; receipt and dispatch of documents;
- (b)handling materials; and
- (c)performing any other duties as required.
入職條件
- (a)中五程度或同等學歷；
- (b)香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科達第2等級或以上，並另有三科包括數學科成績達E級或以上，或具同等學歷優先[參閱註]。
- (c)如申請人具備基本電腦知識，會被優先考慮；以及
- (d)具備相關工作經驗將獲優先考慮。
- (a)Completion of Secondary 5, or equivalent;
- (b)Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language together with three other subjects including Mathematics at Grade E or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent preferred[See Note ];
- (c)Possession of basic computer knowledge preferred; and
- (d)With relevant working experience preferred.
入職條件(註)
過往香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)C級及E級的成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或以後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3等級和第2等級的成績。
