投資推廣署現正物色一名國際業務發展經理,加強與全球商業投資者(尤其是內地投資者)的聯繫。受聘人須有自信,以及對跨境投資和吸引全球人才感興趣。受聘人將與投資推廣署的本地、內地及海外同事合作,從而擴闊國際視野,有利未來事業發展。
職責
國際業務發展經理須執行下述職務:
(i) 為投資推廣署署長翻譯文件,包括英譯中及中譯英;
(ii) 在本港及外地舉行的會議及活動中,為署長提供英語及普通話/廣東話傳譯服務;
(iii) 為署長到外地公幹提供行政及後勤支援;
(iv) 協助執行有關吸引全球人才的職務,包括管理網站及社交媒體的內容,以及籌辦各項市場推廣活動;
(v) 進行研究及接待操普通話的訪問團;以及
(vi) 執行其他受指派的職務。

Invest Hong Kong (InvestHK) is the department of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region tasked to attract and retain foreign direct investment in Hong Kong.
To build a strong connection with the global business investors, especially the Mainland investors, InvestHK is recruiting a Manager of International Business Development. The job holder is expected to be confident and interested in cross-border investment and global talent attraction. Working with colleagues across InvestHK, both locally and the Mainland as well as overseas, he/she will acquire a global perspective that can facilitate his/her career development.
Duties
The Manager, International Business Development is required to:
(i) Perform translation duties for documents from English to Chinese and vice versa for the Director-General of Investment Promotion;
(ii) Perform interpretation from English to Putonghua/Cantonese and vice versa for meetings and events in and outside Hong Kong for the Director-General;
(iii) Provide administrative and logistic support for duty visits of the Director-General outside Hong Kong;
(iv) Assist in global talent attraction duties including website and social media content management, as well as organising various marketing activities;
(v) Conduct research and receive Putonghua-speaking delegations; and
(vi) Undertake any other duties as assigned.
(Note: The position requires some travel outside Hong Kong.)

(a) 持有香港任何一所大學所頒授的學士學位,或具同等學歷,以主修翻譯、傳譯或工商管理為佳;
(b) 符合語文能力要求,即在綜合招聘考試兩份語文試卷(中文運用及英文運用)取得二級成績或具備同等成績(見註(a)至(c));
(c) 具備最少三年有關中英雙向翻譯及傳譯(普通話/廣東話)的全職工作經驗;
(d) 中英文溝通技巧卓越;
(e) 必須操流利英語、廣東話及普通話,通曉其他中國方言更佳;
(f) 具備市場推廣、數碼內容管理,或內地企業客戶服務的經驗更佳;
(g) 熟悉香港的商業及社會環境。具有內地或海外經驗者更佳;以及
(h) 具備良好電腦知識。

(a) A Bachelor degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent, preferably in translation, interpretation or business administration;
(b) Meet the language proficiency requirements of “Level 2” results in the two language papers (Use of Chinese and Use of English) in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) or equivalent (see Notes (a) to (c));
(c) Minimum three years of relevant full-time work experience gained in translation and interpretation from English to Chinese (Putonghua/Cantonese) or vice versa;
(d) Excellent English and Chinese communication skills;
(e) Fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua is a must. Knowledge of other Chinese dialects would be an advantage;
(f) Experience in marketing, digital content management or corporate account servicing involving Mainland clients is an advantage;
(g) Familiarity with Hong Kong’s business and social environment. Some exposure in the Mainland or overseas will be an asset; and
(h) Good computer knowledge.
