- (b)為公眾參與活動、院校參觀、簡介會及會議等提供行政及後勤支援，包括草擬簡介文件及演講辭；
- (c)處理有關自資專上教育的查詢／投訴和收集相關資料；以及
- (d)執行上司指派的其他事務。

職責
- (a)To provide executive support for various policy initiatives relating to the self-financing post-secondary education sector;
- (b)To provide executive and logistics support for public engagement events, institution visits, briefings and meetings, including drafting briefs and speeches;
- (c)To handle enquiries / complaints relating to self-financing post-secondary education and consolidate relevant information; and
- (d)To undertake any other duties as assigned by senior officers.
入職條件
- (a)持有香港所頒授的學士學位，或具備同等學歷[參閱註(ii)]；
- (b)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第3級或以上成績，或具備同等成績 [參閱註(iii)]；
- (c)在取得學位後，具備不少於6年全職工作經驗，具備專上教育／公共行政／統計研究的相關工作經驗者優先；
- (d)具備優秀的組織、策劃與分析技巧，能獨立並且在壓力下工作；
- (e)具備卓越的溝通和人際技巧，以及優秀的中、英文書寫和口語能力；
- (f)熟悉了解香港的自資專上教育界別；
- (g)具備良好的電腦知識，能熟練地使用電腦軟件，例如文書處理、試算表及簡報軟件；以及
- (h)面試者或須接受技能測試及/或筆試。
- (a)A Hong Kong bachelor's degree, or equivalent [See Note (ii)];
- (b)Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Note (iii)];
- (c)At least 6 years of full-time post-degree working experience, relevant experience in post-secondary education / public administration / statistical research preferred;
- (d)Strong organisational, planning and analytical skills and ability to work independently and under pressure;
- (e)Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- (f)Good knowledge of the self-financing post-secondary education sector in Hong Kong;
- (g)Good knowledge of computer applications and familiarity with computer operations, such as word-processing, spreadsheet and presentation software; and
- (h)May be required to take trade test and/or written test.
