(a) To provide executive support for various policy initiatives relating to the self-financing post-secondary education sector;
(b) To provide executive and logistics support for public engagement events, institution visits, briefings and meetings, including drafting briefs and speeches;
(c) To handle enquiries / complaints relating to self-financing post-secondary education and consolidate relevant information; and
(d) To undertake any other duties as assigned by senior officers.

(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree, or equivalent [See Note (ii)];
(b) Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Note (iii)];
(c) At least 6 years of full-time post-degree working experience, relevant experience in post-secondary education / public administration / statistical research preferred;
(d) Strong organisational, planning and analytical skills and ability to work independently and under pressure;
(e) Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
(f) Good knowledge of the self-financing post-secondary education sector in Hong Kong;
(g) Good knowledge of computer applications and familiarity with computer operations, such as word-processing, spreadsheet and presentation software; and
(h) May be required to take trade test and/or written test.
