職責
(a) 就審查有機資源回收中心第二期的設計及建造提供有關工程及合約的意見；
(b) 確保工程的設計符合目的，安全和成本效益，工程質量，運作和維修要求，以及適當銜接有關系統和項目；
(c) 就有機資源回收中心第二期的設計、建造及運作階段，管理並督導合約管理顧問；
(d) 就有機資源回收中心第二期的設計、建造、安裝、測試及運作與政府部門、公用事業機構及承辦商聯絡；
(e) 提供專業支援及技術建議以管理有機資源回收中心第二期的交付；以及
(f) 執行或指派的其他職務。
其他相關的工作要求： (a)工作時間及地點須視乎部門的運作需要而定。獲錄用者或需(i)不定時及超時工作，包括在晚上、周末和公眾假期工作；以及(ii)不時在戶外工作。(b) 每星期的工作時數會按部門運作需要而定，但每星期不會多於17.5小時。合約期內之任何特定期間並沒有最低工作時數的保證。

(a) To provide engineering and contractual inputs on review of the design submissions, and construction of works for the Organic Resources Recovery Centre Phase 2 (OPARK2);
(b) To ensure fitness for purpose, safety, and cost-effectiveness of the designs, the quality of works, operational and maintenance requirements and proper interfacing with related systems and projects;
(c) To manage and steer the contract administration consultants at the design, construction and commissioning stages of OPARK2 ;
(d) To liaise with government departments, utilities companies and contractors regarding the design, construction, installation, testing and commissioning of the OPARK2;
(e) To provide management with professional support and technical advice in respect of the delivery of the OPARK2; and
(f) To carry out such other duties as required.
Other Job-related Requirements: (a) The hours and venues of work may be varied having regard to the operational needs of the department. The successful candidate may be required to (i) work during irregular hours and overtime, including evenings, weekends and public holidays; and (ii) work occasionally outdoors. (a) 具備香港工程師學會於1975年12月5日後選取的正式會員資格，或同等資格;
(b) 在取得有關資歷後，具備至少八年管理大型基建工程項目或大型廢物處理處置設施項目的工作經驗，其中包括:-
(i) 具備最少兩年採用「設計、建造及營運」合約模式的項目工作經驗者佔優；
(ii) 具備最少兩年有關有機廢物處理設施的工作經驗者佔優;
(c) 具備良好溝通技巧；以及
(d) 具備良好中英文書寫及會話能力。

Applicants should have: –
(a) Corporate Membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers elected after 5 December 1975, or equivalent;
(b) At least eight-year post-qualification working experience in large scale infrastructure and engineering projects or large scale waste treatment and disposal facilities among which: -
(i) at least two years’ working experience in design-build-operate contracts is preferred;
(ii) at least two years’ working experience in organic waste treatment facility is preferred;
(c) Good communication skills; and
(d) Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
