職責
合約助理園境主任的主要職責是協助專業界別主管 ─
(a) 勘察和評估各類休憩用地的可能用途；
(b) 規劃、設計和監督公共休憩用地和園境相關項目的建造工程；
(c) 執行工程策劃管理職務，包括管理外判工程的合約和顧問；以及
(d) 處理並就園境及樹木相關事宜提供專業意見。

Contract Assistant Landscape Officers are mainly deployed on assisting Professional Supervisor-in-charge in –
(a) investigating and assessing the potential use of all types of open spaces;
(b) planning, designing and supervising the construction of public open spaces and landscape-related projects;
(c) performing project management duties including the administration of contracts and consultants in outsourced projects; and
(d) providing professional advice on and handling of landscape and tree related matters.

入職條件
申請人必須 ─
(a) 持有園林建築學學位或具有香港園境師學會認為符合參加該會專業資格考試所定學歷要求的資格，或具同等資格；
(b) 在取得學歷資格後，具備超過兩年的實習培訓及╱或工作經驗，以符合香港園境師學會專業考試的培訓要求 [請參閱註(A)]；以及
(c) 在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具同等成績[請參閱註(B)及(C)]。

Candidates should –
(a) possess a degree in Landscape Architecture or a qualification which is acceptable to the Hong Kong Institute of Landscape Architects (HKILA) as satisfying the academic requirements for admission into the HKILA Professional Practice Examination, or equivalent;
(b) have over two years’ post-academic practical training and/or experience satisfying the training requirements for admission into the HKILA Professional Practice Examination [See Note (A)]; and
(c) have attained Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Note (B) & (C)].

(A) 申請人如在取得學歷資格後只具備兩年的相關工作經驗也可申請此職位，惟薪酬會因此而作出調整。
(B) 2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2級成績。
(C) 申請人須在本職位截止申請日期或之前獲取上述的所有入職條件。
