職責
(a) 協助收集和量度不同環境聲音的數據；
(b) 協助建立和管理載有不同環境聲音（規則或不規則）的數據庫；
(c) 研發先進的機器學習（Machine Learning）／神經網絡（Neural Network）／人工智能（Artificial Intelligence）模型，以供分析和辨識環境聲音；以及
(d) 協助開發和實施環境聲音辨識系統。

(a) To assist in the collection and measurements of different environmental sounds data;
(b) To assist in the establishment and management of database for different environmental sounds with or without irregularities;
(c) To conduct research and development of the state-of-the-art Machine Learning/Neural Network/Artificial Intelligence Models for analysis and recognition of environmental sounds; and
(d) To assist in the development and implementation of an environmental sounds recognition system.

(b) 符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第3級（註）或以上成績，或具同等成績（註：2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科（課程乙）C級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或以後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級的成績）；
(c) 具備為機器學習（Machine Learning）／神經網絡（Neural Network）／人工智能（Artificial Intelligence）應用軟件編寫電腦程式（例如Python、C++、Java、JavaScript、MATLAB等）的經驗尤佳；以及

Applicants should have: –
(a) a Hong Kong Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics, or equivalent;
(b) met the language proficiency requirement of Level 3 (Note) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent. (Note: “Grade C” in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to “Level 3” in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth);
(c) preferably with experience related to computer programming for Machine Learning/Neural Network/Artificial Intelligence applications (such as Python, C++, Java, JavaScript, MATLAB, etc.); and
(d) preferably with experience related to operating sound measuring equipment (such as digital recorders, sound level meters, frequency analyzers, etc.).
