投資推廣署正物色一名充滿熱誠的優秀人才,加入我們的領事及商會事務團隊。你將推動與在港領事及外國商會緊密合作,從而吸引並挽留海外及內地投資者。
領事及商會是我們投資推廣工作的重要持份者及合作夥伴。你將主動而有序地與在港領事及商會接洽,以物色並啟動合作項目,吸引來自世界各地的潛在投資者來港,並鼓勵已在港成立的公司留港拓展業務。你將與投資推廣署的全球團隊緊密合作,以取得積極成果及影響。

職責
(i) 支援與外國領事、商會、公司的代表及高級行政人員的接洽工作;
(ii) 與內外各方合作,協助舉辦市場推廣活動、其他活動及網上研討會,以及執行相關後勤工作;
(iii) 收集及整理有關商會及領事活動的資料,並從中物色業務發展機會、建立人脈及物色潛在客戶;
(iv) 透過不同方式(包括客戶關係管理系統、電郵及文件檔案)跟進新建立的人脈及潛在客戶,並妥善保存記錄;
(v) 在社交媒體上發布內容、設計簡報及演講材料;
(vi) 處理來自內外各方的查詢,並提供相關支援;以及
(vii) 執行相關行政工作及受指派的其他臨時職責。

Invest Hong Kong is looking for a dynamic and high-calibre individual to join our Consulate and Chamber Engagement team to attract and retain international and Mainland investors by driving deep collaboration with consulates and foreign chambers of commerce in Hong Kong.
Consulates and chambers are our important stakeholders and partners for investment promotion. You will engage with consulates and chambers in Hong Kong in a proactive and structured way. Through such extensive engagement, you will identify and initiate collaboration projects, which will attract prospective investors from all over the world and encourage existing companies to expand in Hong Kong. To deliver positive results and impact, you will collaborate closely with the rest of Invest Hong Kong’s global team.
You will need to demonstrate:
• a strong sense of duty and responsibility and a desire to serve and represent the best that Hong Kong has to offer;
• strong interpersonal and communication skills, relationship building and management skills, and cultural sensitivity;
• experience in dealing with senior executives of foreign companies;
• a strong sense of curiosity and desire to learn, and a keen interest in the international business environment and international affairs;
• robust business development experience and client-centric attitude;
• attention to detail and a commitment for following up and finishing tasks; and
• ability to tell a convincing story using effectively-designed presentation slides and through digital media.
Duties
(i) To support engagement with representatives and senior executives of foreign consulates, chambers and companies;
(ii) To collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to contribute to the execution of marketing activities, events and webinars and related logistics;
(iii) To gather and organise information on chamber and consulate activities and identify opportunities for business development and generation of new contacts and leads;
(iv) To follow up with contacts and leads generated and maintain proper records via various means including the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System, emails and file records;
(v) To create social media posts, presentation slides and materials;
(vi) To handle enquiries from and provide support to internal and external parties; and
(vii) To perform related administrative tasks and other ad hoc duties as requested.

入職條件
(a) 具備最少三年與客戶服務、業務發展或活動統籌相關的全職工作經驗;
(b) 持有香港任何一所大學頒授的學士學位,或具同等學歷;以及
(c) 中英文書面溝通技巧卓越,亦須操流利英語、廣東話及普通話。能操其他外語者更佳。

(a) At least three years of relevant full-time work experience in client servicing, business development or event management;
(b) A Bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent; and
(c) Excellent English and Chinese written communication skills. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua is a must. Fluency in another foreign language is an advantage.
