技術主任(土木工程)主要負責以下工作－
- (a)製備土木工程圖則及項目展覽及簡報工作；
- (b)進行與工程測量及小規模土木工程有關的計算、設計及繪製工程圖表；
- (c)協助執行與資訊科技及電腦有關的工作；以及
- (d)協助培訓初級人員。
註：
獲取錄的申請人可能派往其他政府部門工作；可能須輪班或不定時工作、執行戶外職務以及在颱風、惡劣天氣情況及其他緊急事故發生時執行緊急和隨時候召職務。
職責
A Technical Officer (Civil) is mainly deployed on –
- (a)preparing civil engineering drawings, project displays and presentation works;
- (b)making calculations, designs and plotting related to engineering surveys and minor civil engineering works;
- (c)assisting in discharge of information technology and computer related duties; and
- (d)assisting in the training of junior staff.
(Notes: Selected candidates may be posted to other government departments; and may be required to work shifts or irregular hours, perform outdoor duties, and perform emergency and on-call duties during typhoon, severe weather conditions and other emergency events.)
入職條件
申請人必須－
- (a)持有香港其中一間理工大學／理工學院、香港專業教育學院或工業學院／科技學院頒發的土木工程、結構工程或建造管理學文憑或高級證書，或具同等學歷；
- (b)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考(中學會考)中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績
註(1)] ，或取得同等成績; 以及
(c)在《基本法及香港國安法》測試取得及格成績

Candidates should have -
- (a)Obtained a Diploma or Higher Certificate in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or Building Studies from a Hong Kong polytechnic university/ polytechnic, the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education or a technical institute/ technical college, or equivalent;
- (b)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE)

- (c)a pass result in the Basic Law and National Security Law Test

入職條件(註)
- (1)政府在聘任公務員時，2007年前的中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科（課程乙）E級成績，在行政上會被視為等同2007年或之後中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2級成績。
- (2)申請人所有資歷以截止申請日期或之前為準。
- (3)政府會測試所有應徵公務員職位人士的《基本法》及《香港國安法》知識。在《基本法及香港國安法》測試取得及格成績是所有公務員職位的入職條件。申請人必須在《基本法及香港國安法》測試中取得及格成績方會獲考慮聘用。如申請人在申請公務員職位時仍未曾參加相關的《基本法及香港國安法》測試或未曾在相關的《基本法及香港國安法》測試考獲及格成績，仍可作出申請。他們會被安排在招聘過程中參加相關《基本法及香港國安法》測試。
